The model, 49, slipped into a fitted black satin dress with a cut-out back as she posed for some elegant photos.
The sleek black dress has ruffled sleeves and perfectly compliments her curves, with the fashion star accessorizing with simple black heels and a black handbag.
She added a touch of bling with a sparkling diamond necklace and chunky bracelet.
Meanwhile, Kate parted her blonde locks in a simple center part as she emphasized her features with black eyeliner, dewy lips and shimmer on her cheeks.

Kate was seen with a huge smile on her face as she gleefully posed for some cute snap-shots with the ladies as they enjoyed the glitzy gala.
After co-chairing the inaugural gala last April, Lionel Richie and Edward Enninful returned once again for the star-studded event this year.
Kate’s stylish outing comes days after Paddy McGuinness mocked her Diet Coke campaign for her infamous reputation as a wild party girl.
The supermodel who turned her back on her rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle in recent years was announced last July as the new Creative Director for the fizzy drink.
And after a trip to the supermarket, Paddy couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw Kate’s face on Diet Coke bottles.
The Top Gear presenter, 49, said: ‘I’ve seen everything. I just went to the supermarket and I saw this. Have a look at this.

Kate was famously nicknamed ‘Cocaine Kate’ when she was photographed sniffing the substance in 2005, but she has since turned her life around and is taking a clean-living approach.

Asked by an audience member how she felt about her new role, The sun Kate joked in response, “Well, I’ve always loved coke.”
In recent years, Kate has taken a healthier approach, telling NBC’s Megyn Kelly in 2018, “I go to bed, I drink a lot of water, not too much coffee, and I try to cut back on cigarettes.”
Last July, Kate was announced as the new Creative Director for Diet Coke.
The supermodel was brought on board to bring her “unique aesthetic and style to the brand” after the drink was previously involved in several fashion collaborations.
