Despite raising eyebrows over her tense display, friends close to Kate have now played down any concerns about a split, insisting their “bohemian” relationship has been consistently “on and off”.
The appearance at the Gucci show came just hours after photos emerged of Kate holding hands with the reggae star Bob Marley’s grandson, 27, in Turkey last weekend, prompting said that all is not well in their eight-year relationship.
