A source revealed that the mother of three is “desperate” to repair her relationship with Harry, with whom she shared a close bond before he and Meghan stepped down as royals in 2020. The report also noted that Kate and Harry have been in sporadic contact over the past few weeks.
“Kate has been talking to Harry on and off for the past few weeks in a desperate attempt to try and salvage their bond and get to the root of what’s going on with him,” the source shared. According to the source, Harry “immediately accepted” Kate’s proposal for a one-on-one meeting. This response gave Kate hope that there might still be a path to repairing their relationship.
The Princess of Wales reportedly hoped that, through a heart-to-heart conversation without Meghan present, she and Harry could openly address their grievances and heal the pain that has built up over the past few years.
