Social media users send Kate their best wishes
The Princess of Wales has endured an extremely difficult year so far, with her return to the public scene coming four months after beginning chemotherapy treatment.
Kate was diagnosed with cancer in February and has been resting at her home in Windsor with the help of her husband, Prince William, and the Middleton family.
The mother of three asked for time, space and privacy for her family when she revealed on March 22 that she was being treated for an undisclosed form of cancer.
This is the story of how the Princess recovers away from the private detective.
Kate, 42, will be on hand to ensure George, 10, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six, enjoy the family day to celebrate their grandfather’s birthday – and her presence means they will not have to travel by car. the carriage procession without one of its parents.
Their mother’s presence will also be reassuring for the youngsters as they watch the flight from the balcony of Buckingham Palace, where Prince Louis covered his ears to block out the noise in 2022.
While the day focuses on commemorating the official birthday of the British sovereign and displaying military precision, the children of the Prince and Princess of Wales often steal the show with their hilarious antics.
Last year, he was particularly expressive on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, making faces and playing in front of the camera.
Despite more than 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses, 400 musicians and a flyover of 70 aircraft, Louis was the star of this historic day.

‘I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the past few months.
“It has really made a big difference to William and I and has helped us both through some of the most difficult times.
‘I’m making a lot of progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days.
‘On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to let your body rest. But on good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling good.
‘My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months. On days when I’m feeling pretty good, it’s a pleasure to get involved with school life, spend personal time doing the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as start working a little from home.
‘I’m looking forward to attending the King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join in on some public engagements over the summer, but I also know I’m not out of the woods yet.
‘I’m learning to be patient, especially in the face of uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body and allowing myself to take this much-needed time to heal.
“Thank you so much for your continued understanding and to all who have so bravely shared their stories with me.”
