Kate Lawler, 44, showed off her washboard abs in a khaki green bikini during her luxury getaway to St. Lucia as she posed up a storm in an Instagram video on Wednesday.

The former Big Brother winner, who regularly posts adverts for the contest on ITV, looked out of this world in this stylish swimsuit.
After posting a series of bikini snaps from her holiday in November 2024, the star was cruelly accused of being “anorexic-inducing” and being in a “severe calorie deficit”.
Kate slammed criticism of her slim figure, noting that there will always be people who insult others because of their weight, calling them too big or too small, so there was no way to win.
Talking about the It can’t be just me podcast with Anna Richardson, said: People say, “You can’t eat,” but I’m happy with the size I am. I eat.
‘People will shame you for being overweight or underweight. You don’t have to insult them to troll them.’
Kate is married to podcast company owner Martin Bojtos, with whom she shares her daughter Noa.
Kate previously spoke honestly about the difficult times in her marriage to her husband Martin, and admitted that couples therapy saved their relationship.
Just six months before getting married, Martin asked Kate to go to couples therapy as they struggled to communicate amid her battle with postpartum depression.
“Martin was the one who suggested it, about a year after I had Noa,” Kate told New Magazine. “I wasn’t in the best place and that was having a big impact on our relationship.”

“Plus, we were getting married six months later and Martin just wanted to start our marriage off on the right foot, which was totally fine.”
However, Kate admitted she “panicked” when her partner made the suggestion and confessed: “I thought he wanted to break up with me.” It was the hardest part of our relationship.
