Kate Hudson met up with fellow actress Zooey Deschanel on Monday while out walking with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa.
The Glass Onion star, 45, and the New Girl sensation, 44, who recently teamed up with fashion brand Vera Bradley, stopped to share a hug in the middle of a sidewalk in Los Angeles.
The two performers came together nearly a quarter of a century after they first worked together on the 2000 classic Almost Famous, though they appeared together most recently on 2015’s Rock The Kasbah.
During their unplanned meeting, Kate looked pale. Yellow sweatpants and pink and cream tie-dye sweatshirt with chunky sneakers.
Zooey, meanwhile, stepped out in a navy and white striped sweater and matching pants.

Kate’s long blonde hair was loose and tousled as it fell down her back.
She added a pair of rectangular glasses with black frames and a subtle tint.
Zooey’s long, dark hair was pulled back with a black clip and she sported her signature shaggy bangs.
She carried a red crossbody bag and completed her look with black and grey leopard-print sneakers.
Hudson’s long-term boyfriend, who shares a five-year-old daughter, Rani, with her, wore an olive green crewneck sweatshirt, charcoal pants and a matching baseball cap.
He was wearing light grey trainers and sporting a thick brown beard and Ray Ban sunglasses.
Although Kate and Zooey appeared on Almost Famous, they did not share any scenes together.
In the semi-autobiographical film, written and directed by music journalist turned filmmaker Cameron Crowe, Zooey played the older sister of aspiring rock journalist William Miller (Patrick Fugit).
She leaves home in 1969 at age 18 (when he is only 11) to escape her mother Elaine (Frances McDormand), a protective teacher who has banned rock music and most pop culture.
Years later, William sets out on a road trip to chronicle the rock band Stillwater. Along the way he meets and falls in love with Penny Lane (Hudson), a groupie who travels with the group and other popular rock bands, although she is more interested in Stillwater’s lead guitarist (played by Billy Crudup).
Kate’s reunion with her Almost Famous co-star — — put on a glamorous display in a pink and cream gown at the Toronto International Film Festival last week.
After the event, during which her film Shell premiered, she wrote on Instagram: “What a great night celebrating the world premiere of SHELL @tiff_net. Thanks for the best time as always, Toronto.”
She added in the caption to her 18.1 million followers: “Congrats to my director @maxminghella for making such a wild and enjoyable film.”

This comes after Kate, who has a daughter, Rani, due in October, with Danny, put on a glamorous display in a pink and cream dress at the Toronto International Film Festival last week.

The Foo Fighters frontman, 55, made the shocking admission in a statement posted to his Instagram on Tuesday, in which he told fans he plans to be a “loving and supportive father” to his new daughter.
“Jordyn is getting a lot of support from one of her best friends, Kate Hudson,” a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.
“She was shocked and disgusted that at Dave’s age he was still cheating on not only Jordyn, but their (daughters) as well.”
