Established in 1999, smile train is a nonprofit organization that offers free corrective surgeries to children born with cleft lip and palate.
Over the past 25 years, the charity has helped more than 1.5 million children around the world.
Smile Train also provides “training, funding and resources” to medical professionals in more than 70 countries, allowing them to offer free services and other cleft-related care.
