Karl Stefanovic confirmed on Wednesday that he has not reconciled with his former friend Michael Clarke, following the infamous Noosa brawl in December.
The Today show host, 49, was discussing the incident on The Kyle and Jackie O Show and admitted it was difficult to completely put the past behind him and move on.
“Have you ever reconciled with Michael Clarke, personally, whoever the sisters (Jade and Jasmine Yarbrough) are?” Kyle asked him.
“Kyle, it’s like a sticker. You ripped it out but it’s still there,” Karl said, revealing that peace had yet to be brokered between the two men.
“There’s still a bit of stick,” Jackie O said, and Karl confirmed she was right.

“Is this like one of those stickers they put on your car when you’re parked in a no-go spot and you can’t get the bastard off, when you try to pick it up? » asked Kyle.
‘Yeah. It’s really deep,” Karl agreed.
Michael Clarke was at the center of a Blazing row with ex-girlfriend Jade Yarbrough and brother-in-law Karl Stefanovic in a public park in Noosa in December.
In January, extraordinary footage emerged of a heated exchange between Clarke and Yarbrough while they were on holiday in Noosa.
In the video, filmed by a bystander, Yarbrough accuses Clarke of cheating on her with her ex, fashion designer Pip Edwards, on December 17.
He was also accused of messaging the co-founder of sportswear brand PE Nation and admitting she was the “love of his life”.

All hell broke loose after Clarke, Today show host Karl and his wife Jasmine, Jade’s sister, dined at a seaside restaurant with accountant Anthony Bell.
The video begins with Yarbrough shouting at Clarke before she slaps him and pushes him away after the cricketer insists he did not cheat on her.
‘I am wrong? I’m fucking wrong! You’re a fucking liar. I can see everything. You called her, she shouts, apparently referring to the messages between Clarke and Edwards.

Clarke then tries to reassure Yarbrough that he did not sleep with Edwards on December 17, saying he was with Bell that night.
“Baby, you’re wrong, you’re wrong,” Clarke insists. “Baby, baby, Belly was home. I swear on my life, I swear on my life… It’s not true, it’s not true.
He then swore on his daughter Kelsey Lee’s life that he had not cheated on her, but Yarbrough refused to believe Clarke’s desperate protests and claimed she had spoken to Pip.
Clarke and Yarbrough are no longer together and they have both worked hard this year to put the incident behind them.

Karl Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine (pictured) were forced to intervene during the nasty altercation between Clarke and his girlfriend, and the incident cost him his friendship with Clarke.
Clarke was recently forced to address the confrontation during an awkward interview with A Current Affair last month.
In conversation with Simon Bouda, Clarke desperately tried to steer the discussion towards a product he was trying to sell – a brand of lemon, lime and bitters from the Australian Bitters company – but Bouda was determined to get answers about his chaotic personal life.
Eventually, Clarke was cornered and talked about his famous fight.
Clarke said he now views the incident as a “lesson”.
“Lessons, so many things in my time, I call lessons,” he said.
“Relationships are difficult, behind closed doors, and there is a lot going on that we all face. A divorce, you know. Man, (the) things I’ve been through, so sad, so hard.
“I think the only thing is you have to do your best – ups, downs, ups, downs, good times, hard times.”
” I am like everybody else. Even today I do my best and I hope that doesn’t change.
