Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori could face jail time, a fine and mandatory registration as a sex offender for her latest sexual act in Los Angeles on Monday.
The 29-year-old Australian architect shocked onlookers by fully exposing her breasts in a sheer fishnet top on her way to the Melrose Tanning Company salon.
Bianca, who is known for her almost invisible look, opted to go braless and only added A pair of tiny beige panties, heels and a Camouflage print cap.
Despite repeatedly sporting risqué outfits, her latest look may have gone too far as it could be considered indecent exposure under California law.
California Penal Code Section 314(1) makes it a crime to intentionally expose one’s genitals or naked body in a public place or any other place where someone is likely to be offended or annoyed.

Bianca, who is known for her barely-there looks, opted to go braless and only added a pair of tiny beige panties, heels and a camouflage-print hat.
An indecent exposure charge usually results in a first-time misdemeanor offense.
But if Bianca receives the maximum penalty for her nearly nude outfit, she could face six months in county jail, a fine of up to $1,000 and mandatory registration as a sex offender for at least ten years.
And it’s not just legal repercussions she could face, as restaurateurs have now vowed to ban Bianca and Kanye, 47, from their restaurants, after she stepped out in another revealing outfit on Saturday.
The controversial couple stepped out for dinner together at a local barbecue restaurant in Los Angeles, and Bianca once again left little to the imagination in a tiny silver bikini that barely covered her ample assets.
Restaurant owners were horrified by the spectacle and said they would ban the rapper and his wife from their businesses to protect their customers and children.
They wrote: ‘If I own any establishment that these two try to enter, I will tell them that out of respect for my customers, they are not allowed to enter.’
“I wouldn’t have them in my restaurant. They are totally inappropriate and not a good example for young children to see. What’s wrong with them?”
“It looks absolutely ridiculous. How can a decent restaurant accept a customer wearing such clothes? Even major supermarkets have signs in the summer warning that tops must be worn for hygiene reasons when shopping, as men who come into them are shirtless. This is much worse.”

‘You used to be refused entry to a restaurant because of the dress code if you weren’t wearing a tie. How times have changed, now you can go in and dine almost naked.’
“No self-respecting restaurant owner or manager should allow them to walk in with her dressed like that UNLESS they pay in advance to reserve the entire restaurant to be their private place while they are there.”
It is not the first time the couple have angered the public with their daring displays and there were already warrants for their arrest last year while they were on holiday in Italy.
Bianca’s see-through outfits during the getaway, which left her breasts clearly visible, sparked fury among locals, while social media users branded them “disrespectful” in a country known for its conservative Catholic heritage.
Public outrage reached its peak when the couple took their behaviour a step further by engaging in a lovey-dovey moment on a boat in Venice, during which Kanye exposed his bare buttocks in front of shocked tourists.
Images of the couple showed the father-of-four with his pants down to expose his backside and sitting in the back of the river taxi while Bianca knelt between his legs and placed her head in his lap.
Online critics argued the display of naked flesh constituted “public indecency” – a charge that carries a fine of up to 309 euros ($520 AUD), according to Italy’s Constitutional Court.
Kanye was previously married to Kim Kardashian and Bianca was said to be an exact clone of the reality star.
Concerned fans have wondered if her strange outfits are proof that the Donda star is “controlling” Bianca.

During their nearly seven-year marriage, Kanye heavily influenced Kim’s fashion choices, but unlike with Bianca, the musician asked her to change her clothes if he felt she was showing too much skin.
Kim, 43, said on a previous episode of The Kardashians: “Kanye has always dressed me. In the early 2000s, he would literally randomly email me all these looks and tell me what my style should be.”
He once told her, “You’re my wife and it affects me when your photos are too sexy.”
A source said: ‘Kanye did the same thing with Bianca that he does with Kim throughout their marriage. The difference is that when Kanye dressed Kim, he was respected as a person, as an artist.
“Unfortunately, Kim knows what Bianca is going through, but she feels like Bianca should have known what she was getting into.”
Kim filed for divorce in February 2021, just before what would have been the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary, after welcoming children North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.
The SKIMS star, who was represented by divorce attorney Laura Wasser, was declared legally single in March 2022 while in the midst of a romance with her now ex-boyfriend, SNL alum Pete Davidson.
