Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has made shocking new allegations, claiming his wife Bianca Censori acted as his “orgy coordinator.”
Pisciotta, who is suing West for sexual harassment and stalking during his employment in 2021-22, updated his lawsuit on Friday night, as reported and obtained by DailyMail.com.
Among the disturbing allegations, the lawsuit claims that West’s office was transformed into a “sexual playground” while Censori acted as his “sex party coordinator” and willingly participated in the rapper’s “twisted sexual fantasies.”
Pisciotta also claimed that West once grabbed her by the throat in front of an “unflappable” Censori.
West has denied Pisciotta’s initial lawsuit, filed in June, dismissing the allegations as “baseless” and accusing her of blackmail and extortion. It has yet to respond to the updated lawsuit.

These new claims emerged just days after rumors swirled about West and Censori’s possible split, only for the couple to be spotted together in Japan shortly after.
Pisciotta alleges in his lawsuit that Kanye used his Yeezy offices as a “sexual playground” to make him “feel powerful and safe.” He claims that a “makeshift bedroom” was often set up for West: a mattress, pillows and a blanket in a private room or closet.
The lawsuit also claims that West frequently hosted “sex parties” at luxury hotels and tried to “expose” Pisciotta to them.
He further claims that Censori was his “former sex party participant and coordinator.”
The lawsuit also claims that shortly after Pisciotta stopped working for West in November 2022, she met him and Censori at a Post Malone concert in California.
During their brief interaction, West allegedly grabbed Pisciotta by the neck and stuck his tongue in her ear, telling her, “I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again.”
According to Pisciotta, Censori was nearby, watching “unfazed” and apparently accustomed to West’s behavior.
The lawsuit further alleges that Censori would consensually engage in “twisted and bizarre sexual behaviors, fantasies, and foreplay” that mirrored West’s actions at the concert.
Pisciotta also claims that West hosted multiple ‘sex parties,’ which Censori attended as a ‘sex party participant/employee on duty.’
It also alleges that West harbored a disturbing sexual obsession, including a fetish for involving the mothers of his targets, including Censori’s own family.
He allegedly sent Pisciotta a screenshot on September 28, 2022, of a text conversation between him and Censori about wanting to have sex with his mother.

Censori was in the United States on a work visa at the time, and his mother, Alexandra, was visiting Los Angeles from her native Australia.
Pisciotta claimed that Censori responded to West’s text messages as doing so was “a way, insisted upon and required by (West)” for her and others to keep their jobs like visas.
