Kanye West’s former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, has made a series of harsh accusations directed at the rapper and his dentist, Thomas P. Connelly, in a legal affidavit.
Yiannopoulos, 44, who stopped working for West in May, said in the affidavit that he worked for the Grammy-winning artist, 47, “between 2022 and 2024” as his chief of staff, and that his job duties involved “solving mysteries and fixing problems where others have failed.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that in addition to West, he also worked for Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and “a number of wealthy individuals in Florida,” backing up what he claims is “a respectable record of exposing fraud, theft and ill intent of all kinds.”
Yiannopoulos said the affidavit was in conjunction with a complaint he filed with the Dental Board of California accusing Connelly of “reckless, unethical, dishonest, exploratory and, upon information and belief, unlawful conduct.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he was “motivated by urgent concern” for West’s health and safety, both in his own capacity and “on behalf of several individuals close to him.”

Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he took the “extra and unusual step of providing” an “affidavit of ‘oath,’ which he says carries a penalty for perjury” and that all materials have been forwarded to the Attorney General’s office and the FBI.
Yiannopoulos said he is “not in a position to authorize the release” of West’s medical records and would not “pursue to do so without his consent,” and he did not explicitly name West in an immediate series of allegations he leveled against Connelly in the affidavit. (West was seen in a Reddit post Three months ago with a mask on and the caption: “Ye on nitrous”.)
Yiannopoulos said the affidavit “refers to actions by Connelly” that include “the illegal supply of massive amounts of nitrous gas to a wealthy and famous patient for explicitly recreational use,” as well as “the physical transportation of four surgical-sized canisters by Connelly himself to the patient’s home in a single afternoon.”
Yiannopoulos said Connelly charged “more than $50,000 a month for the service” and continued “to supply the gas after the onset of distressing symptoms that sparked widespread comment and concern.”
Connelly provided “instructions to the patient on the operation of the nitrous gas canisters” that he left “at the patient’s home” and “knowingly encouraged their use in the absence of a qualified anesthesiologist or medical professional by an individual with a history of mental illness and addiction,” Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Connelly abandoned “said patient” to the “self-destructive consequences of dependency, displaying indifference or worse to the prospect of permanent damage to the brain or body.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that based on what he knows and believes, Connelly was “fraudulent” in taking “millions of dollars … from a patient he knew was in a confused, dependent, debilitated and addicted state.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that Connelly moved “into the patient’s apartment building, at the patient’s expense, to ‘keep a better eye on him.'”
Connelly shared an image of West on her Instagram earlier this week.

Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he was promoted in January and saw West’s organization $200 million in the red while not bringing in revenue, and “put the business on emergency footing” by laying off more than 130 people in his first month.
Yiannopoulos said that in February and March, he “devised and implemented strict spending protocols, travel policies, spending limits and other financial controls” to keep the books more balanced, and tracked down millions of dollars in wasted money due to reasons ranging from fraud to greed, double billing and layoffs.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that it was in this capacity that he crossed paths with Connelly, who was introduced to him “as the dentist who assisted Ye in the design and installation” of his “much-admired titanium prosthesis” that Dailymail.com reported cost $850,000 last January.
Connelly is a “celebrity dentist” who has famous clients and also seeks notoriety for his dental practice, which involves the implementation of diamonds on some occasions, Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit. He noted that Connelly was profiled in a January 2024 article for the New York Times.
Connelly had presented himself “as a successful and well-connected businessman” and had “provided West with advisors … who demanded enormous sums for their services” while proposing “widespread and disruptive changes” to West’s business structure, Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that it became clear to him that “West’s increasing reliance on nitrous gas, and not Connelly’s business expertise” was what Connelly was relying on “to close the deal.”
West’s business and personal dealings were discussed by his former chief of staff in the affidavit.
Three months ago, West was seen in a Reddit post wearing a mask with the caption: “Ye on nitrous.”
West “appeared to be wearing the inhaler mask almost constantly” and his communications “were becoming incomprehensible and contradictory,” Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that last April, Yeezy employees “were concerned about” West’s dependence on gas and were openly talking about it, with West himself “talking about it non-stop in meetings.”
West “appeared to be on and off the inhaler mask almost constantly” and his communications “were becoming incomprehensible and contradictory,” Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that several Yeezy employees had expressed concern about seeing “four large surgical tanks of nitrous oxide in Bianca Censori’s apartment” and Connelly said the canisters were empty and always had been.
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that the symptoms of West’s “widely publicized bipolar diagnosis and the side effects of long-term nitrous gas abuse are strikingly similar,” with symptoms including “erratic behavior, mood swings, paranoia and violence.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that a Yeezy employee told him they had witnessed West “self-administering nitrous gas provided by Connelly.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he felt Connelly was “aware” of West’s “psychological vulnerabilities” and believed he “tried to exploit them.”
Yiannopoulos said in the affidavit that he believed federal law enforcement should be dispatched to deal with the aforementioned issues and that Connelly’s license should be suspended.
