Kanye West has been accused of “gagging” and choking America’s Next Top Model alumna Jenn An until she blacked out, in a new federal lawsuit.

An is suing both West and Universal Music Group for gender-based violence over an incident she claims occurred during a music video shoot in 2010.

She claims the experience felt more like “pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes” than filming a music video.

In her legal filing, she claims West, 47, placed her in a chair and ordered the director to put the camera on her — then strangled her.

West then “smothered” An’s face with his hands and “gagged her to simulate forced oral sex,” she alleged in court documents obtained by TMZ.

The new lawsuit comes a month after West’s ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta accused him of drugging and raping her at a Diddy party in her own lawsuit.

DailyMail.com has contacted West’s representatives for comment.

An claims her alleged encounter with West took place while shooting a music video at the Chelsea Hotel in New York for his song In For The Kill featuring LaRoux.

West was only featured on a remix of the song – not the original version – and he and An are not featured in the final version of the music video.

In her lawsuit, An says she was hired to appear in the music video in 2010, the year after she competed on America’s Next Top Model.

She claims West recruited her for the project by selecting her from a group of women, adding that he allegedly said, “Give me the Asian girl.”

Her legal documents claim she was dressed in skimpy lingerie during the shoot, with West allegedly telling her, “That’s why I chose you.”

An accuses West of putting her in a chair across from him, ordering the director to point the camera at her and then choking her.

She claims he then “smothered” her face with his hands and “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moving them back and forth and gagging her to simulate forced oral sex” for more than a minute.

According to An’s lawsuit, West shouted, “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso’ during the filming of the In For The Kill video.

An also claims that LaRoux later told a friend that she witnessed “disturbing, disturbing” behavior during the shoot.

Universal Music Group is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, with An claiming that the record company and other “high-profile figures” in the music industry attempted to “bury” the alleged incident after the fact.

Last month, West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta amended an earlier lawsuit by claiming he drugged and raped her at a Diddy party.

Pisciotta, an influencer and former OnlyFans personality, originally sued West in June, accusing him of stalking her and sexually harassing her while she was employed by him in 2021 and 2022.

However, she updated the lawsuit in October and the 88-page document obtained by DailyMail.com contained several more allegations.

She accused him of organizing infamous sex parties, forcing employees to draw swastikas and expressing neo-Nazi views.

Pisciotta claims that West also wrongfully terminated her employment and then failed to pay her $3 million severance package — after previously allegedly bragging to Jay-Z that he had promised her a $4 million annual salary.
