Approximately 700 attendees formed long lines to make their way to the event with only the standing room, which the hip hop star took on the road after its origins in Southern California, TMZ reported.

West did not perform during the Sunday event, the outlet reported, although he had a choir of 80 people on hand to participate in the spiritual celebration.

The choir released a set with covers from Nirvana classics such as Come As You Are and Smells Like Teen Spirit, with a spiritual twist on the grunge staples.

It is the newest location where West has served after previous stints in Atlanta, Chicago and Dayton, Ohio. The innovative gatherings have drawn celebrities, including Brad Pitt, Idris Elba, Jaden Smith and Justin Bieber, among others.
