And it has been announced that Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and company will hit the road for a tough matchup in Week 2.
They will face Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals, who won the AFC North in 2021 and 2022, reaching the Super Bowl in the first of those two seasons.
Although the Bengals had a tough 2023 season and missed the playoffs, Burrow and company will be a formidable opponent for the Chiefs, having defeated them three of the last five times they played.
