Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, “Coach” Tim Walz, came under fire for his display of unbridled enthusiasm during his final rally in Las Vegas.
The duo had held their fifth rally in five days in the key state on Saturday night in hopes of winning over undecided voters, and Walz was excited!
In a video circulating on X, the Minnesota governor can be seen joyfully clapping as the crowd goes wild and he walks around the stage from the podium.
As music blares from the speakers, Walz is beaming with exuberance in the short clip. He waves cheerfully to the huge crowd of cheering party supporters.

But while her energy and enthusiasm were praised by attendees, many online critics questioned her “strange” behaviour.
While some X-users suggested the former professor had “villain energy,” others suggested he had “jazz” or “spiritual fingers.”
On August 9, Republican candidate Donald Trump called the governor the socialist “Comrade Walz” during a campaign rally in Montana.
Addressing a crowd of thousands at Montana State University’s Brick Breeden Fieldhouse in Bozeman, the former president denounced Kamala Harris’ running mate as an extreme progressive.
Trump criticized his initiatives as governor, ridiculing Walz’s decision to provide feminine hygiene products in school bathrooms and his handling of the George Floyd riots in Minneapolis.
“As governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz let rioters and looters burn down Minneapolis,” Trump said. “Tim Walz is a very strange man.”
But while his energy and enthusiasm were praised by attendees, many right-wingers online questioned his “strange” behaviour.
At the Las Vegas rally, the vice president leapt up the stairs in a packed arena and assured supporters that she would seek to end federal income taxes on tips if elected president.
“He signed a bill to give free health care to illegal immigrants, he abolished Columbus Day, he mandated that tampons be put in boys’ bathrooms… he signed a law that allows the state to kidnap children to change their gender,” she continued in a frenzy, calling it an “ultra-liberal agenda.”
“Walz said socialism is just another form of neighborliness,” Trump told the crowd. “He ordered tampons to be sold in boys’ bathrooms.”
The former president criticized Walz for having received an endorsement from self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, calling him a socialist.
At Saturday night’s Las Vegas rally, Harris leapt up the steps in a packed arena and assured supporters that she would seek to end federal tip taxes if elected president, a policy that mirrors Trump’s proposal.
The Las Vegas stop was the last public event in a five-city rollout of the Harris-Walz ticket.
“When I’m president, we will continue our fight for America’s working families, including raising the minimum wage and eliminating tip taxes for service and hospitality workers,” she confidently told the crowd in Las Vegas.
Shortly after Harris’ policy announcement, the former president took to his social media website, Truth Social, to accuse her of copying his ideas.
‘Kamala Harris, whose “honeymoon” period is ENDING and is starting to take a hit in the polls, just copied my NO TIP TAX policy. The difference is, she won’t do it, she just wants it for political reasons! This was TRUMP’s idea. She has no ideas, she can only steal from me.
“Remember, Kamala has proposed the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY. Not happening. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he said sadly. wrote.
