Cuoco is far from the first celebrity to rehome a beloved pet.
Andy Cohen rehomed his seven-year-old dog Wacha after the birth of his son Ben in 2020.
“Numerous professionals led me to the conclusion that my house is simply not a good place for him,” Cohen explained then.
The Bachelor’s Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici also rehomed their pup Gus last year, citing similar reasons as Cohen.
“She showed a couple of resource guarding cases in the past when she bit Mia,” Lowe said, referring to her young daughter.
“We did everything in our power to prevent it from happening again, but one night several weeks ago, (our son) Samuel leaned over to pet Gus, and Gus bit him on the side of the head.”
Joe Biden’s dog was removed from the White House last year after it was revealed he had bitten more people than the 12 officially recorded by the Secret Service.
The expulsion marks the second time the Bidens have had to rehome one of their beloved German shepherds due to aggressive incidents.
