Armstrong, 35, was found guilty last year by a jury in Austin of the murder of professional cyclist Moriah Wilson

New evidence used in the trial to convict yoga instructor Kaitlin Armstrong of murder has been released.

Armstrong, 35, was found guilty last year by a jury in Austin of the murder of professional cyclist Moriah Wilson. She was sentenced to 90 years in prison.

She committed the murder in May 2022 due to her anger over Wilson’s relationship with Armstrong’s boyfriend, Colin Strickland, when the couple briefly separated.

Strickland kept in touch with Wilson even after he and Armstrong got back together.

Armstrong shot Wilson while she was staying at her friend Caitlin Cash’s house, while Fox News obtained doorbell footage as the shooting unfolded.

One of the newly obtained videos from Cash’s neighbors shown at the trial shows several gunshots being fired at her home, as well as Wilson’s final screams.

Cash could also be heard frantically calling for help in a recently unreleased 911 call she made.

She says, “My girlfriend is staying with me and I just came in, and she’s on the bathroom floor and there’s blood everywhere and I don’t know what happened.”

Cash walked into her Austin home to find her friend lying on the floor and not breathing.

You hear the coordinator say, “Just pump hard and fast and count out loud so I can count with you.”

The outlet reported that she performed CPR for more than five minutes. Emergency teams arrived on the scene.

Another new clip shows officers talking to Cash, where she tells them, “She was with our friend Colin, Colin Strickland.

“She went swimming, I left to have dinner with my friends, and then I came back, and this is my house, this is my house, and she’s staying with me.”

She can also be heard saying that Wilson’s bicycle was missing, which was later found by an officer recording the scene.

Wilson, a rising star in the world of gravel cycling, began dating Strickland after he broke up with Armstrong, and their relationship continued after he got back together with his ex-girlfriend.

In May 2022, Wilson traveled to Austin for a race and planned to meet Strickland for dinner.

Fox also obtained footage of Strickland being told by officers that Wilson had been killed. He is silent throughout the clip and clearly stunned by the news

Armstrong followed them to the restaurant and her black Jeep was caught on surveillance footage circling the block.

After the meal, Strickland drove Wilson to her Cash’s apartment before Armstrong pulled up outside and fired three gunshots, fatally wounding her love rival.

Armstrong fled to Costa Rica with her sister’s passport, dyed her hair and got a nose job and eyebrow lift before police caught up with her after 43 days on the run.

After a warrant was issued for her arrest following Wilson’s death, U.S. Marshals tracked her down in a remote coastal town in the country and brought her back to the U.S.

Her trial was nearly derailed last October when she fled from two deputies while attending a doctor’s appointment.

This time she remained on the run for only 10 minutes before she was recaptured and charged with escape occasioning bodily harm – a charge that was later dropped.

She was convicted of first-degree murder the following month and was told she would not be eligible for parole until 2053.

In June, a judge ordered her to pay Wilson’s parents $15 million after they sued her for wrongful death.

Another lawsuit filed in July said she strategically transferred all her assets to her relatives to avoid having to compensate them.

Wilson’s parents Eric and Karen sought $1 million in compensation for funeral costs, “loss of society and companionship,” and the “conscious pain and suffering and mental anguish” their daughter suffered during her 2022 murder.

Two properties in Austin were reportedly transferred to her mother or sister before being sold, while her interest in a third one she owned jointly with Strickland was transferred to her sister, Christine Armstrong before being returned to Strickland.

The lawsuit also claims that all $78,000 was withdrawn from Armstrong’s Chase bank account just three days after her victim’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against her.
