Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler took time out of their busy schedules to surprise sick children at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 21-year-old cover girl and Elvis star — both of whom recently enjoyed a romantic vacation in Cabo San Lucas — helped raise money during the hospital’s annual Make March Matter fundraiser.
Kaia’s famous parents, Cindy Crawford, 57, and Rande Gerber, 60, took to their Instagram accounts to share photos of Kaia and Austin spending time with the young patients at the hospital.
The Casamigos tequila founder posted a photo of Kaya sitting at a round table while painting pictures and talking to a little girl in a wheelchair.
He captioned the post, “There is nothing truly artistic than loving people.” VVG (Vincent Van Gogh) As a father, it makes me so proud.

I was born with it: The 21-year-old model wore a navy button-up with black jeans, styled her long brunette locks straight and accessorized with pearl earrings in photos shared by her mom, Cindy Crawford.

Randy also shared a snap of Butler, 31, playing ukulele with a young patient in an orange sweatshirt with a black guitar.
He captioned the photo, “And @ustinbutler makes souls sing.. I know there are big smiles under those masks.”
Kaya wore a navy blue blouse with black pants Her long brown tresses are styled straight with a center part.
Austin wore a green zip-up jacket over a white T-shirt with faded jeans and brown shoes.
The beloved duo’s outing comes after Butler earned a Best Actor Oscar nomination for his role in Elvis.
The Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood star won the Golden Globe for Best Performance in a Motion Picture – Drama, despite losing the Academy Award to The Whale’s Brendan Fraser.
The couple started seeing each other in November 2021 and made their relationship official when they attended the Met Gala in May 2022.

The relationship came just a month after Kaya ended her previous relationship of 13 months with Euphoria star Jacob Elordi.
Butler was previously in an eight-year relationship with actress Vanessa Hudgens.
Kaia’s recent gigs include appearing on the cover of Vogue China and walking in the Off-White FW/22 show in Paris alongside her famous mom.
Last month, the beauty opened up about feeling lonely without her family near her at the start of her career as a teenager, as the model often took her around the world.
“I’m only 21 years old, and I feel like I’ve already lived a full life,” the American Horror Story star told the fashion magazine.
However, even with the challenges that come with her tough schedule, the actress said, “Even when I was really tired, or wanted to go home, or felt lonely, I would remind myself how lucky I was.”
Kaya learned a lot while traveling to places like Paris and Milan for her job.

Meanwhile, Austin was so dedicated to perfecting his role as Elvis in the popular biopic released last summer that he didn’t see his family for three years while he prepared for the movie in Australia.
Production of Elvis was postponed in March 2020 when one of its stars, Tom Hanks, was diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalized.
When the pandemic began, Elvis Group was closed indefinitely.
Butler declined an invitation to return home to Los Angeles and used the lockdown instead to immerse himself in all things Elvis.
