Kai Trump gave her subscribers an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the events leading up to grandpa Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Before her grandfather was sworn in as the 47th president on Monday morning, the 17-year-old vlogger was booked out and busy on Sunday, attending a Trump rally at the Capital One Arena and his candlelight dinner at the Building Museum.
In her latest vlogKai let the camera in as she got dressed for the special dinner, revealing that she got some Sherri Hill dresses for the occasion.
“This is Sherri Hill,” she said as she showed off the dresses, which came in red, navy blue and gold.
“She sent me some dresses and they are amazing. All my ball gowns are from Sherri Hill.”
Kai explained that although she has never worn Sherri Hil before, the dresses “suit me very well.”
“She is a very good designer,” she added. ‘I’ve heard of her before. Thank you so much for sending this Sherri, I appreciate it. They look so great.’
After putting on her navy blue dress, Kai went to get her makeup touched up.

Speaking through her look, she admitted, “I don’t really like things on my face.
‘I love the soft glamour, so it’s not a lot of make-up. I think it looks great on me too.’
During the event, Kai posed for photos with father Donald Trump Jr. and with the rest of her family.
But it looks like she didn’t stick around to actually eat at dinner, as it was later revealed that she ordered a steak to her hotel room.
“I’m so hungry, I haven’t been able to eat!” she shouted at her friend, who accidentally sent her meal back to the kitchen.
Elsewhere in the upload, Kai gave a shoutout to her grandpa Trump for restoring TikTok just hours after its dramatic shutdown.
“Thanks Grandpa,” she said. “He brought one for the team.”
Concluding her vlog, Kai said, “Alright guys, we’re back at the hotel, we just left the candlelight dinner.
“Tomorrow is the inauguration, so we’re going to make a big inauguration vlog.”
