Justin married actress Jessica Biel in 2012, and the couple have two sons: Silas, nine, and Phineas, four.
While the artist will not face a drunk driving charge, his license was suspended last month, in August, in New York State.

According to the source, Biel “is not happy about it. She encouraged him to accept the deal.”

Video shows Justin Timberlake driving down the street in Sag Harbor early Tuesday morning before police pulled him over and arrested him for driving under the influence.
TMZ reported Wednesday that the singer will avoid a drunken driving charge after he agreed to plead guilty to a traffic violation.
Timberlake will admit to driving under the influence, instead of the original charge of driving under the influence, which was dropped. He will pay a fine of between $300 and $500 as part of the agreement.
A major component of the deal, sources told DailyMail.com, is Timberlake’s willingness to make a public service video for the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
A judge will decide the exact amount of the fine on Friday when the agreement is filed in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court.
The plea agreement reached by Timberlake’s attorney, Eddie Burke Jr., and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office ensures that Timberlake will leave Sag Harbor on Friday without a criminal record.
Burke Jr. has repeatedly denied that his client was intoxicated when he was arrested.
Timberlake will still have his New York driver’s license suspended for six months because he refused to take a breathalyzer test when he was pulled over.
The pop star was arrested in the early hours of June 18 after a night of partying with friends in the exclusive Hamptons enclave of Sag Harbor.
Police said he was stopped after running a stop sign while driving his BMW X7.
The singer initially refused to take a breathalyzer test, telling police: “No, I’m not going to take a chemical test. I refuse! I refuse!”
He also told arresting officers that he had had “only one martini.”
The singer was stumbling and failed a sobriety test. Police had seen him fail to keep to the right on the road before they pulled him over.
Local officers reportedly followed the pop star and observed him swerving to cross the street, forcing the officers to stop him.
A major component of the deal, sources told DailyMail.com, is Timberlake’s willingness to make a public service video for the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Once stopped, officers noticed the singer had “glassy eyes” and a strong odor of alcohol emanating from him, according to a police report.
The father of two was given a field sobriety test and asked to submit to a breathalyzer test, which he refused.
The Cry Me A River singer had reportedly been staying at the luxurious American Hotel before the incident.
Timberlake told the officer he had a martini and was following friends home, according to the documents.
