Justin Timberlake kept a low profile and was photographed for the first time since pleading guilty to a drink driving charge.

The 43-year-old NSYNC alum was spotted leaving a building, dressed in a look that was part relaxed and part chic.

Justin rocked an off-white RC cap, sunglasses, faded jeans and trendy black loafers. The Bye Bye Bye singer also accessorized with a beaded necklace.

With a bag slung over his shoulder, the bearded pop star stepped out with a striking blue water bottle with the inscription ‘Hydrated’ in his hand.

Timberlake had been facing a criminal charge for drunken driving, but instead pleaded guilty to a reduced offense charge of driving while impaired on Friday.

The plea leaves Timberlake free of any criminal record he would have had if he had been convicted of the original misdemeanor.

Timberlake was arrested early on the morning of June 18 in the Hamptons after a night of drinking at the American Hotel. As part of the plea deal, he agreed to pay the maximum fine of $500 and a $260 surcharge. He also agreed to make a public statement about the dangers of drunk driving.

Judge Carl Irace initially expressed dissatisfaction with the proposed plea and preferred a public service announcement. However, he eventually agreed to the deal under certain conditions.

Timberlake’s demeanor in court was somber. He expressed his desire to avoid returning to the courtroom and expressed his love for the Sag Harbor area.

A major component of the plea agreement reached by Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office was that after entering his plea, he would give a public statement about the dangers of drinking and driving.

To make the public announcement, Timberlake and his attorney left the courthouse via a pedestrian bridge that connected the courthouse to police headquarters. It was the same bridge he had crossed in handcuffs the night of his arrest.

At police headquarters, Timberlake addressed the media and spoke about the dangers of drunk driving. Prior to the announcement, he had pleaded guilty and faced questioning from Deputy District Attorney Ashley Cangro and Judge Irace.

Although Cangro accepted Timberlake’s admission of the basic elements of the violation, Irace pressed for more details about the events that led to his decision to drive. Timberlake reportedly expressed deep remorse and acknowledged the life lesson he had learned.

In addition to the fine, Timberlake’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days. This suspension coincides with an earlier one-year revocation by the Department of Motor Vehicles due to his refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.

Judge Irace stressed the importance of community service and required Timberlake to complete between 25 and 40 hours of service. Timberlake agreed and expressed his desire to reach people of all ages with his message.
