Former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was seen arriving at Liverpool airport last night as he returned to the city.
Klopp bid an emotional farewell to the club just over a week ago as the curtain came down on a hugely decorated nine-year spell at Anfield.
But his final goodbye will take place on Tuesday when he attends ‘An Evening With Jurgen Klopp’ at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
Celebrity Reds fan John Bishop will be looking forward to the exclusive event, presented by the football club in association with AEG, and tickets are priced at £37.
The 56-year-old has quickly come into his own outside of the game since leaving Liverpool when he traveled to Mallorca with his wife Ulla last week.

Klopp traveled by plane to say goodbye to his fans at the ‘An Evening with Jurgen Klopp’ event.
MailOnline previously revealed that Klopp would be staying at a luxury five-star hotel in the Balearic Islands.
Klopp will stay at the five-star Kimpton Aysla hotel with his wife of 20 years while construction work on their new £3.4million villa is completed.
The mansion has been billed as an “eco-friendly family paradise”, which he bought in June 2022 for €4 million (£3.4 million) from Swiss businessman and artist Rolf Knie and decided to completely rebuild it.
Klopp revealed last week that his initial plans after leaving Liverpool were to take a holiday and go to the Champions League final to watch his former team Borussia Dortmund.
“It’s not like I tried very hard (before going on vacation), so I didn’t have time,” Klopp told the Liverpool club website.
“I had time, but for me a summer holiday, at least at the end of the season, was like lying on the first available sun lounger and having a phone here and talking to agents, sporting directors and things like that.
“I didn’t have training sessions, yes, but the rest pretty much continued. That means I didn’t see one percent of the world in vain.
“Now we won’t do anything, we’ll see the euros here and there, I’m really looking forward to that and then a holiday doing nothing and then the plan is to start traveling and we’ll see how it goes.”
Klopp took to his newly launched Instagram account to update fans on his holiday, which included playing padel.
‘What have I been doing? Working on my game!’ Klopp captioned a clip.
“Five days ago was the big goodbye,” Klopp said. ‘I’m still trying to process everything, what happened that day and the days after. Slightly fixed now.
‘I’m actually not sure I said it clearly enough, thank you, thank you for everything.
‘Thank you for the love, thank you for the support, it was a wonderful day.
‘The best experience I could have ever imagined, truly exceptional.
‘Now what I’m doing is trying, no, I’m following my other great passion, I’m trying to improve my padel game.
‘I started a few days ago, today is my third session and I started at an extremely low level, I didn’t play for a while and I felt it straight away.
‘Step by step I will get there.’
MailOnline revealed this week that Klopp and his wife Ulla have become honorary members of the exclusive Mallorca Country Club.
Inside sources told MailOnline that the manager has already visited the club, which costs €2,800 a year, to play padel, a hybrid of squash and tennis.
Sources described Klopp as “charismatic and cheerful” and revealed how the popular manager has already made a good impression, stopping to take selfies with members and staff.
Klopp previously admitted he is “addicted” to the sport and even installed a padel court at Liverpool’s training ground.
In addition to having three paddle tennis courts, the Mallorca Country Club has six grass courts, one hard court, five clay courts, one pickleball court, a gym, a swimming pool, an ice bath, a sauna and a lounge and restaurant for members.
Former world number one tennis stars Naomi Osaka and Angelique Kerber were practicing on the courts on Saturday, while the club will also host the ATP Tour next month.
Klopp and his wife are among a select group of honorary members that includes Prince Albert of Monaco, Princess Brigid of Sweden, Boris Becker, Novak Djokovic and British billionaire Sir Richard Branson.
The Kimpton Aysla hotel, where the cheapest room costs around £500 a night, is located near Klopp’s villa.
His closest neighbors will include another former Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers, and his former Borussia Dortmund striker, Robert Lewandowski.
Construction of Klopp’s new home, which features a swimming pool, a hanging chair and a striped hammock in the garden, appears to be almost complete, just in time for the Liverpool manager’s departure. But the fact that he is staying in a hotel suggests that the work is not completely done yet.
