The 64-year-old fashionista stepped out in nearly $2 million worth of accessories for the glitzy Sydney Airport charity event.
She looked gorgeous in a slim-fitting black sequined dress with a flared train, but it was her jewelry that everyone was talking about.

Julie chose to accessorize with a variety of expensive pieces from luxury French jewelers Van Cleef & Arpels.
Julie wore her blond hair to the shoulders, tied up in a chic bun, and showed off the labels Magical Alhambra earrings, which sell for $41,000.
She combined them with the matching Magical Alhambra Long Necklace, with a price tag of $224,000.
