Julia Fox not only modeled, but she created a one-of-a-kind outfit made entirely from real leaves and shared the process on her Instagram the previous Saturday.
The 32-year-old actress-model also uploaded the clip on her main TikTok page, explaining that she was ‘obsessed with leaves’ and was ‘inspired’ to make the unique dress.
The Italian-born star, who is a mother-of-one, has recently stood out on the fashion scene due to her bold sense of style.

The Uncut Gems actress featured the outfit in the caption as “THE DRESS OF FALL 2022.”
She then quickly wrote that the dress was “Made of Leaves and Resin” and then proceeded to thank her close friend and artist, Emma Fujiko, “for helping me bring my vision to life.”
At the beginning of the reel, Julia could be heard in a voiceover expressing, “I’m obsessed with leaves and I go to the park every day, so I’ve been watching the leaves change.”
The model added: “And I really got inspired.” She then asked her best friend, who is also an artist and ‘resin master’, to help her with the project.

Julia shared a short compilation of creating the resin and preparing the sheets for gluing.
The actress explained that, ‘The leaves are very important. They rake and fly them. But it’s actually tree food.
He also filmed a close-up of two leaves that were turned into earrings. One was made from a mulberry leaf, which Julia said was a New York City “staple.”
Once the leaves were dry they were hot glued together and thin chains were added to secure the pieces together.
Although Julia had labeled the ensemble a ‘Fall 2022 Dress,’ she explained, ‘I want it to be like body jewelry, rather than clothing.’

The Process: Julia worked with her friend and artist, Emma, to resin-bond the sheets to create the outfit.
Accessories: Other additional spare sheets, the mother-of-one also created matching earrings for the look.
The final top piece appeared to be a bralette with some loose leaves added underneath. “I wanted it to look like the leaves were falling, since it’s like the fall 2022 dress.”
Towards the end of the clip, which has currently garnered over 200,000 views on TikTok alone, Julia modeled the final product.
“I’m kind of obsessed with it,” the mother-of-one gushed, adding: “It really was a labor of love.”
The star styled the ensemble with brown over-the-knee boots that matched the color scheme of the leafy look.
She parted her hair to one side and allowed the strands to flow effortlessly over her shoulders, revealing her leafy earrings.
Final look: Once the dress was glued and strung, Julia filmed herself in a mirror so her fans and followers could get a closer look at the finished product.
