She was resting in the back of a car with a towel around her as she tried to put it on her feet.

Her friends who had gone out with her that day noticed that she was having difficulties and began to help her.

Julia wrote in the caption: ‘I couldn’t put on or take off my beautiful @finisterre sustainable wetsuit without my friends.

This comes after Julia revealed how her “life has changed” since her breast cancer diagnosis as she documented her battle with the disease.

The star took to Instagram to share a reel documenting her life since she was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2021.

Julia, who is married to Gerard Cunningham, underwent a mastectomy to remove a 6cm tumour a month after publicly announcing her diagnosis.

Reflecting on her battle with breast cancer, Julia shared photographs of herself from the past year as she spoke about how her life has changed.

He said he has given up alcohol, changed his diet and prioritized sleep as he spoke about the lifestyle changes he has implemented to reduce the risk of the cancer returning.

The video also included some emotional moments from her entire battle with cancer, including her attending a breast exam and staying in a hospital bed for treatment.

A video also showed an emotional Julia crying after being diagnosed with breast cancer and photos of her in the hospital as she recovered from her mastectomy.

Julia also shared snaps of herself with her children – Zephyr, 11, and twins Xanthe and Zena, seven – as well as the poster for her documentary Breast Cancer and Me.

In a text printed on the reel, she reflected on her life since being diagnosed with breast cancer and talked about her work to raise awareness about the disease.

It said: ‘Breast exam. Something strange, but nothing to worry about. Until a year later: a diagnosis of breast cancer.’
