‘I recommend having your coffee and then if you want another one, test yourself and have another hot drink and see if that works. Tea is more of a soul drink, a warm, comforting hug – rather than coffee, which is there to kickstart your day. ‘

In the photo shoot accompanying the interview, Jules shows off her incredible figure in tailored cycling shorts and an athletic top while posing on a cliff.

The mother of two has disclosed in the past how she revived her health by continuing cold turkey on sugar, carbohydrates and alcohol.

‘It was pretty hardcore. We stopped doing all the things we liked. It was all about mental strength, ‘she told Daily Mail Australia in 2018.

But when Jules said she was “starting to make a shift in my brain,” she started noticing the results.

“The first week was the hardest, with all the sugar withdrawal symptoms,” she said.

‘But I was strict. For me it had to be a rule. I wouldn’t eat sugar, carbs, or alcohol – there couldn’t be a gray area or cheat day. ‘

By the time the eight-week training period was over, the mother of two said she knew ‘this is how I should live’.
