Jules Robinson has given birth to her second child with husband Cameron Merchant.

The Married At First Sight 2019 lovebirds, who have been going strong since the show aired, took to Instagram on Thursday to share their happy news.

Hairdresser Jules, 42, and cricketer Cam, 40, who already share son Ollie, three, revealed they welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, July 23.

Jules also revealed that they named their son Carter James, and revealed the touching meaning behind the adorable moniker in a lengthy caption.

The proud mother recounted how the name Carter “has a spiritual meaning as it embodies leadership, wisdom, responsibility and creativity, representing service, ideals and community spirit.”

He added that people with that nickname are “commonly” seen as “hardworking, loyal, disciplined and protective, who value security and foster close relationships.”

Jules went on to reveal the many touching tributes behind her baby boy’s middle name, James, which means “gift from God” and is Cam’s middle name.

The nickname is also the name of Cam’s grandfather, is his father’s middle name and pays tribute to Jules’ “dearest oldest” friend James Cleland, who sadly passed away.

Before welcoming her second child, Jules admitted she was worried her battle with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) would return after giving birth.

The businesswoman first spoke about her experience with PMDD in October, after suffering from the condition before welcoming her first child, Oliver, three years ago.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, Jules revealed her PMDD symptoms completely disappeared after she fell pregnant earlier this year, but she still fears they could return after giving birth.

PMDD is an intense, sometimes debilitating form of premenstrual syndrome, characterized by extreme mood swings that can significantly disrupt a woman’s daily life and strain relationships.

“The silver lining and blessing of pregnancy has been that I no longer have PMDD,” said the reality star, who recently released her debut book Ask Jules.

Jules admitted she’s worried her PMDD will return once she gives birth, but she’s still optimistic this time around.

“It’s like a little time bomb that’s going to go off. How am I going to feel? But I’m facing it knowing that I’ve got a lot more training behind me,” she said.

But she previously revealed how all of her fans were convinced she was about to welcome a baby girl.

Just weeks before giving birth, she joked on Instagram: ‘The whole world is telling me I’m having a girl!

In early June, Jules was surprised by a crazy baby shower from her friends before welcoming her second child.

The party was quite the event, but they also included some naughty games in the fun-filled festivities.

Jules took to Instagram to share photos and videos from the shows, with one clip showing her blindfolded as… She smelled a diaper that contained a brown substance.

In this fun game, she had to identify what the mysterious substance was (which turned out to be chocolate).

Jules also played a game called ‘Birth or Love’ where guests had to guess whether photos of women’s faces showed them taking part in a pornographic scene or giving birth.

After the laughing group completed their challenges, Jules received a beautiful green frosted cake.

The room was decorated with flowers, white, green and cream balloons and candles, as well as a “baby” sign made from blocks.

Just weeks before her due date, Jules spoke to Daily Mail Australia about her pregnancy and candidly revealed that she is already planning for her third baby.

“We want to have another baby,” Jules enthused, adding, “Who knows? We think if there’s a will, there’s a way.”

“Whatever it is, we will make it happen. I already said that a couple of years ago (before I got pregnant for the second time).”

The flame-haired influencer also shared the unique method she used to get pregnant at age 41 after three years of trying.

Jules and Cameron were considering IVF before she managed to conceive naturally, a feat she largely attributes to Ayurvedic medicine.

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian wellness practice that aims to help patients achieve balance through diet, herbs, meditation, yoga and detoxification.

“I discovered Ayurvedic medicine about two years ago, and when I sat down with the specialist, it was very clear to me that there was no way my body could carry a baby,” Jules explained.

Jules said she “never lost faith” after years of trying to have a baby and had learned the importance of slowing down and focusing on her own needs during the process.

“When you’re an entrepreneur and you’re busy, you’re doing a million things and you’re a mom, I…‘It’s very easy to not put yourself first,’ she explained.
