Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani pleaded not guilty to nine charges against him in Arizona, after being notified Friday night after a party in Florida.

Donald Trump’s former lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Christina Bobb and several co-defendants were indicted in Arizona on Tuesday after being accused of forgery and fraud as part of a “fake electors” scheme in the state.

An Arizona judge threatened to silence Giuliani during his online hearing after the former New York mayor repeatedly attacked prosecutors while arguing against a $10,000 cash bail that prosecutors were seeking.

‘Mister. Giuliani, I don’t want to silence you, but I need to move on,’ the judge scolded him.

The judge gave Giuliani 30 days to turn himself in and be arrested, and is allowing the cash-strapped defendant who filed for bankruptcy to provide secured bail in that amount.

His reprimand came as Giuliani attacked the allegation against him and highlighted financial difficulties while noting that he had repeatedly appeared in court.

“I have been sued about 20 or 25 times for a movement very similar to this, which is, let’s see what we can do to destroy Donald Trump,” Giuliani complained in his online appearance.

“I consider this accusation to be a complete embarrassment to the American legal system, but I have not shown any tendency to not comply.”

“Okay… sir,” the judge said, as Giuliani continued speaking. ‘I understand his position… thank you, sir,’ he attempted to intervene as Donald Trump’s former lawyer continued speaking. Giuliani attacked the case as “completely political.”

State Attorney Nicholas Klingerman accused Giuliani of flouting the justice system, and prosecutors said they only tracked him down after he posted a pair of officers outside an 80th birthday event in Florida.

“I’ve been on the radio, on TV, and on the radio every day since this indictment started announcing where I am, so I haven’t hidden from anyone,” Giuliani responded, stating that he has appeared in 20 or 30 appearances. . He called the accusation “disgraceful.”

He blamed security for difficulties servicing his New York apartment. “I get quite a few threats, including death threats,” she said, saying he no longer has a security team while he is bankrupt.

“I no longer have collateral since I was bankrupt,” he said, calling any cash bail “totally punitive.”

The judge allowed Giuliani to speak his mind in the video link, but eventually threatened to cut off his microphone if he persisted.

At the end of his hearing, while working out logistics with the judge, Giuliani seemed unaware that he had to get the $10,000 secured. He was asking who he should contact to come and be arrested and prosecuted.

—Did you set bail at $10,000? Giuliani asked the judge.

Previously, Giuliani did not immediately appear ready when the judge first called him.

An open zoom microphone picked up sounds that ABC News The hypothesis could be water noises.

Prosecutors called Giuliani’s statement that he “accepted service like a gentleman” a statement that was not true.
