Josie Gibson has admitted she would like to “lose a bit of strength” and plans to “get back to the gym to lose weight in time for Christmas”.
The This Morning presenting star, 39, has been showing off her weight loss in a variety of gorgeous outfits on the show, but has said she has been guilty of stressing about her weight and never really being happy with her appearance.
Josie told MailOnline she wants to “get back to the gym so I can enjoy myself over Christmas” and said her recent weight loss is because she is busy at work.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Josie said: ‘I’ve literally been very busy. I’ve been here, there and everywhere, I’m working.

The ITV presenting star, 39, pictured above in 2022, looked incredible last year as she flaunted a trimmed frame in a series of gorgeous outfits and looks.
“But I have to adjust to gym time. I’m working until the 21st, but all next week I’m going to spend time going to the damn gym and getting in just so I can lose a little bit.” of weight to enjoy Christmas.

Josie previously revealed that she used to cry regularly after being trolled about his weight after his victory in Big Brother in 2010.
In 2014, Josie shared that she lost six stone over the course of a year, going from a size 20 to a size eight.
And last year, before her appearance on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, the presenter revealed that she had lost weight from a size 18 to a size 14 after hiring a personal trainer.
She said: “Well, I don’t feel like I’m in good shape, but before I realized I was doing this I hired a personal trainer and we were weight training.”
But as the festive period and New Year celebrations approach, Josie told MailOnline she wants to “get back to the gym so I can enjoy Christmas” (left, in August, right in 2022).

The This Morning personality revealed that over the years she had never felt happy with herself due to the stress surrounding her weight, but now she has finally found happiness.
‘And then I was running around with my hairdresser Maurice and everyone thinks we’re a couple!
‘We put a photo of us on Instagram, but she’s actually my stylist. It’s amazing. And he takes me running. I’ve never been a runner, but now I’ve run a few 5Ks here and there.
‘It’s finding the time, because I’m here, there and everywhere and then I have Reggie.
“So I find it very, very difficult to find some time for myself, but I have overcome it.
‘The only thing I haven’t done and probably should have done is prepare for this in terms of nutrition. But I haven’t done it. I’ve been eating every meal like it’s my last! …for a long time!’
She also said that she understands why people choose to take shots to lose weight, but she would never choose to do it.
The blonde beauty explained: ‘The thing is, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and want to do that.
‘But it wouldn’t be for me, just because I don’t want to play with my body, I like everything natural, I always go the natural way.

“But I can understand people doing it (big shots), but for me, I want to play with myself that way.”
He added of weight in general in reference to his work on daytime television: ‘We’re all different shapes and sizes on This Morning!
And I think that’s good because you have to attract everyone. I think we have taken another path.
Some of Josie’s recent projects involved a collaboration with first bus.
Josie has been traveling around Bristol by bus to connect with some of her hometown’s local heroes.
For their campaign to get people on the bus and chat with each other, they found that it is the younger generations who chat the most on the bus, and half of Generation Z have made friends this way.
Their survey also found that 82 per cent of Britons feel public transport plays an important role in connecting communities.
Speaking of the incredible people in her area, Josie cited Charlotte Churchill as one of the people who left a lasting impression on her.

She said: ‘Charlotte uses FirstBus to deliver all her hampers.
“So during the pandemic, she started making all these beautiful luxury baskets for people who were struggling.
And now she is making thousands of baskets and handing them out throughout Christmas.
And he does it all on his own time. His entire back. She’s amazing.’
Speaking about the campaign, Josie added: “The time I have spent reminiscing about the trips I used to take when I was younger has been a great reminder of the wonderful way buses offer connection to people.
“The bus is the unsung hero within our local communities, so I’m not surprised to learn how many people are making lasting connections after a quick chat with the person sitting next to them.”
