The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, 47, revealed she started taking semaglutide, the generic form of Ozempic, in February and was celebrating her results.
He said he feels “amazing” and only wishes he had started “earlier” during an interview with Page six at the grand opening of the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center West Hollywood on Thursday night.
‘You know what’s annoying? “The regret of not starting it 10 years ago,” admitted the reality TV personality, who previously said he gained 35 pounds after quitting his job as an IT technician to pursue his dream of becoming a DJ.
‘I feel incredible! Why didn’t I do this before? Maybe it wasn’t the right time,” he said, referring to his 2009 divorce from his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, as well as their controversial custody and child support battle.

“A lot of things were happening emotionally and I had to go to court many times, which was very expensive for me,” he recalls.
“It just wasn’t a good time in my life,” he added. “But now I finally have time to focus on myself.”
In addition to losing weight, he added that the diabetes medication also helped him reduce his alcohol consumption.
‘It’s really nice because it helped me stop drinking and helped me control my appetite by eating less. This way I was able to reorient my diet,” she explained.
“I just focused on consuming what I need to consume in a healthy way.”
He added that he has been undergoing body contouring and fat melting treatments to tone his figure, but that he is not interested in going under the knife.
‘When it comes to real surgery like liposuction, I say, “Hell no.” “I would never do anything that is invasive to my body that I don’t need,” she said before adding that she would rather exercise.
‘If I have to run or do the elliptical machine or the Peloton or anything like that, it’s up to me. But I would never undergo voluntary surgery because I was lazy. That’s how I see it.’

He added that he has been undergoing body contouring and degreasing treatments to tone his figure, but that he is not interested in undergoing surgery and prefers to exercise.

He added that he just needs to develop healthier habits, like Ozempic has been helping him do.
‘I’m not very overweight. I just said to myself, “Dude, you’ve got to stop eating fries. You’ve just got to stop eating takeout.”
Previously, he revealed that he gained around 35 pounds due to his career change and his romantic relationship with his girlfriend Stephanie Lebo.

He shared that as a DJ, he works late into the night, from 10 pm to 2 am, approximately four to five nights a week.
As a result, I often got late-night snacks and meals at gas stations.
He added that his girlfriend contributed to his weight gain.
