JoJo Siwa will make history with Dancing with the Stars as she will perform with a professional dancer, marking the first same-sex collaboration in the long-running show.

Siwa, 18, admitted she was “so excited” to dance with a girl in a clip shared on Twitter on Thursday afternoon.

Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee also signed up to star in the popular dance competition show, which combines celebrities and pros in a quest for the coveted mirror ball trophy.

“I’m so excited to be part of Dancing with the Stars season 30 this year and to dance with a girl… I think it’s so cool,” she told her millions of fans.

“It’s going to be the best ever. I can’t wait to just dance every week, I can’t wait to meet my partner. Oh my god, there are so many things I’m so excited about!’

Suni, who recently returned from an award-winning trip at the Tokyo Olympics, took a break from training to film a short clip shared with @DancingABC.

“I’m so excited to be part of Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars,” she said. ‘See you on the dance floor!’
