Earlier this month, the blonde beauty praised her strenuous workout routine which she credits for her fit figure.
“I always try to move my body every day, whether it’s a walk, a pilates class or a pickleball game with Jordan,” she shared with DailyMail.com.
The TV personality went on to say that walking also plays a role in her fitness journey.
“If that’s not for you, I love to grab my phone and search for a quick bodyweight strength class that I can do from anywhere. I also love a quick, power walk,” she added.
