Actor Johnny Depp's legal battle with his former lawyer generates deposits according to a report directed at a host of Hollywood legal and business elites.
The legal team of Depp & # 39; s former ex-lawyer Jake Bloom fired the statements in response to the $ 30 million trial of the superstar actor, accusing Bloom of taking fees without a written contract, the Hollywood Reporter said .
The suit also accuses Bloom of giving Depp bad legal advice regarding his divorce with Amber Heard, despite the fact that Depp had other lawyers who advised on the split.
Bloom was Depp's lawyer for decades before their relationship went south in 2017. The senior lawyer said he had a valid oral agreement with Depp.

Depp accused his former lawyer Jake Bloom (above) of collecting millions of fees without a contract, and of giving bad advice in his split with Heard. Bloom's own legal team responded with a fusillade of requests for deposition
Bloom's legal team has now requested statements from Heard & ex 39; s friend Elon Musk, as well as former Warner Bros. chairman Kevin Tsujihara.
Tsujihara will be asked to testify under oath whether or not he played a role in trying Heard from the Warner Bros. Aquaman film to & # 39; blacklist & & # 39 ;, sources familiar with the deposition applications tell the Hollywood Reporter.
After the split in 2016, Depp Tsujihara is said to have personally lobbied to remove the actress from Aquaman and block her for other projects.
Heard, however, appeared in the DC Comics film and would have been difficult to cast again, since she had already appeared as Mera in Justice League.
Tsujihara himself stepped down as head of the studio last month in the wake of throwing allegations of misconduct.
Lawyers representing Bloom have also made requests to prominent lawyers Marty Singer, Patricia Glaser, Blair Berk and the respective divorce lawyers of Heard and Depp.

It is only the latest record of Depp's legal battles with Bloom and Heard, which he has mentioned in a $ 50 million defamation package for allegations of domestic violence.
Heard fought back in recently filed court documents that described in graphic details how Depp allegedly hit her and choked during alcohol and drug-fed binges.
The affair has questioned the future of Depp with Warner Bros., where he is the face of the Fantastic Beasts series in the role of Grinderwald.
Three more films are planned in the series.
J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books on which the films are based, has previously spoken in a powerful statement in support of Depp.
& # 39; Based on our understanding of the circumstances, the filmmakers and I are not only comfortable holding on to our original casting, but really happy that Johnny plays a main character in the movies, & # 39; said Rowling.
Depp (above) is said to have tried to prevent Heard from being cast in Aquaman
Rowling added that she & # 39; can't wait & # 39; for fans to see the third episode The Crimes of Grindelwald.
& # 39; I accept that there are people who are not satisfied with our choice of actor in the title role, & # 39; Rowling continued. & # 39; The conscience cannot, however, be governed by the committee. Within the fictional world and beyond, we must all do what we think is right. & # 39;
Depp's lawyer, Adam Waldman, has claimed that Heard & # 39; hoax & # 39; orchestrates while insisting that the man whose divorce she requested in May 2016 tried to choke her.
& # 39; Madam. Heard has a new problem besides defamation, perjury and filing and receiving a fraudulent temporary restraining order with the court: we are now interviewing other women who come forward claiming to be the victims of horrific acts of violence and other abuse by the hands of Amber Heard, along with Johnny Depp and Tasya van Rhee, whose last Mrs. Heard had been previously arrested and imprisoned for mistreatment, & Waldman said in a statement to The New York Post last week.
