For perspective, the original John Wick trilogy collectively earned $584.8 million at the worldwide box office.
JW4’s earnings were not only the best in the franchise, but it was also the biggest opening of any R-rated Lionsgate release since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The two-hour, 49-minute offering boasts an impressive 95% “Certified Fresh” critical approval rating (from 238 reviews) and a 95% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
