“I’m a proud father!” John Travolta couldn’t contain his delight when he shared a photo of his daughter Ella, 21, who starred in Alice In Wonderland’s live-action fantasy, Get Lost, on Thursday.
In the photo, Ella was dressed in a dress somewhat reminiscent of Alice’s blue dress.
However, being a live-action version of the classic story, Ella’s dress was given an artistic twist.
The dress had a frayed blue fabric, a tulle bow and a matching blouse.
On her Instagram account, Ella has been letting fans know about her new movie.
‘Can’t wait to share it with you’: Ella has informed fans about her new film, which is currently being shot in Budapest
Modern twist: the new film follows the adventures of Alicia/Alice as she explores Budapest turned into Wonderland
Wearing her whimsical blue dress, Ella said to the camera, “Hello everyone, I’m here in beautiful Budapest, Hungary, filming the modern reinvention of Alice In Wonderland called Get Lost.
“I’m so excited to be here, great cast, great crew, can’t wait to share it with you and I’ll keep you posted.”
Get Lost, starring James Cromwell, Henriette Confurius and Abby Corrigan, follows Alicia/Alice as she explores Budapest with the mysterious William/Mad Hatter.
Get Lost won’t be Ella’s first time on the big screen.
Devoted Father: Travolta is the father of Ella and her 10-year-old brother Benjamin

She can also be seen in Old Dogs and The Poison Rose, in which her father both star.
The new role comes after John shared the trailer for Off The Rails, the last film in which his late wife played Kelly Preston before her death last year at age 57 from breast cancer.
“Off the Rails is Kelly’s last film – she was very proud of it and of all the amazing talent she got to work with,” John wrote when sharing the trailer on Instagram.

In an interview for the May issue of Esquire Spain, the star of Saturday Night Fever and Grease talked about his experience of grief and loss.
“I’ve learned that grieving for someone, grieving, is personal,” he said. “Mourning is individual and experiencing your own journey is what can lead to healing.”
He explained, “The most important thing you can do to help another when he or she is grieving is to allow them to live it and not complicate it with yours. That’s my experience.’
Travolta added: ‘Life is movement and a journey; I think what you leave with people is your legacy.’
Regarding his role as father to Ella and Benjamin, the actor shared: “I will ensure the future of my children, help them with what they want to do with their lives.
“That’s what I’m doing with Ella now with her films and teaching her to work in the trade,” he said. “Ben is barely ten years old. I want to help him evolve, because he still has a whole life ahead of him.’
John and Kelly married in 1991 and shared three children: Ella, Benjamin, 10, and Jett, who died in 2009 at age 16.
