In 2016, John told Howard Stern: “I took my time. I just wanted to change my lifestyle. He explained that his new way of living is “an ongoing process for the rest of my life.”
The star revealed that he used to look in the mirror every day and think, “I have to deal with this for the rest of the day, I have to deal with this asshole?”
The following year, he told ABC about his weight loss: “Before, I used to take three months, lose 60 or 70 pounds, then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and go back to my old ways. “
However, he decided he was really going to be disciplined this time around and do things differently.
