Joel Creasey debuted an incredible new physique after undergoing a dramatic fitness transformation.

The 30-year-old comedian has lost 12 pounds of body fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle after changing his diet and following a daily exercise regimen for 12 weeks.

Completely transformed his physique and appearance, Joel shows off his dramatic fitness transformation on the latest cover of The magazine Men’s Health.

Joel uploaded a photo of his transformation to Instagram, writing, “A real (and terrifying) honor for this scoliotic, arthritic 30-year-old to be on the cover of Men’s Health tomorrow!”

‘UH LOL WHAT?! After more than 140 days in Melbourne, I was feeling bad physically and mentally, so I decided to do something about it,” he continued.

“I was casually asked if I wanted to do a cover, I said yes, thinking it would never happen and then boom… here we are.”

Wow!  Joel uploaded a photo of his transformation to Instagram, writing,

Joel continued, “Thanks to Acero and Jono Castano for coming up with the whole plan. Scott Henderson of Men’s Health because he makes me feel like I’m Elle Macpherson.”

The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star thanked ACERO’s Ben Putland and Silvia Kramska for “putting in the shoe” along the way.

Reaching his milestone birthday of 30, Joel said he decided to take fitness more seriously and team up with celebrity trainer Jono Castano.

Speaking of his transformation, Joel told Men’s Health, “I was a state swimmer in high school and then I gave up competition because I didn’t want to go shirtless.”

“I went to a boys’ school and stopped participating in school swimming because the thought of taking my shirt off was terrifying.”

Joel said he was very self-conscious growing up because he was ashamed of his body and said he was the last boy in his year to grow armpit hair.

“The food will definitely stay healthy, just the little adjustments I’ve made and the new habits I’ve formed, like switching to a long black coffee and not eating right before bedtime, all those little things will definitely stay,” he said.

In an earlier conversation with Daily Mail Australia, Joel’s trainer Jono said consistency is key.

‘Be consistent with exercise. My thing is 45 a day, which means I have to exercise for at least 45 minutes, whether it’s as simple as a walk or an intense workout, whichever you prefer,” he said.

“I also suggest not only doing a 45-minute workout, but also having other daily goals like 10,000 steps, 10 minutes of stretching, and 3km run.

“Such small daily goals can keep you motivated and you don’t want to break your streak.”

In 2020, Jono, 30, helped Rebel Wilson lose 20kg during her “health year.” She has since achieved a total weight loss of 30 kg.
