Joe Rogan has shared his shocked reaction to Donald Trump’s victory as the 47th president of the United States after endorsing the former president following his explosive podcast interview.
Trump made a stunning political comeback and regained the White House after being declared the winner of the 2024 US presidential election.
The podcaster, 57, went to X early Wednesday morning and shared a video of Trump taking the stage after the big announcement.
He captioned the post: ‘EVERYTHING. LEEWARD. Shit,” as he watched the Republican’s family gather on stage with him.
Shortly after having Trump on their podcast about two weeks ago, young voters revealed that the appearance made them vote for the now-president.
The three-hour episode, in which Rogan and Trump discussed UFOs, the John F. Kennedy assassination files, the border and healthy eating in the US, racked up a staggering 300,000 views in just the first 30 minutes.
When Rogan asked Kamala Harris to join him on the podcast, he revealed that she “just wanted to do an hour” and ultimately declined to appear due to scheduling conflicts.

At the beginning of the interview, Trump told Rogan that he doesn’t know why the media is “so obsessed” with him, and Rogan revealed that it’s because he says “crazy shit.”
The pair also spoke about Trump’s first assassination attempt, while showing the podcaster the ‘little mark’ on his ear after being grazed by a bullet in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July.
“He shot himself right there,” the 78-year-old said.
“He healed up pretty well,” Rogan responded.
“Yeah, it’s pretty good,” Trump responded.
They also discussed Trump’s thoughts on Harris, and he said “something is wrong” with her when Rogan asked him about her comments comparing him to Hitler.
He also called her a “person with a very low IQ,” adding that he is “in favor of taking (cognitive) tests.”
Just days after Trump joined Rogan on the show, the podcaster revealed that he approached Harris about appearing as well.
At the beginning of the interview, Trump told Rogan that he doesn’t know why the media is “so obsessed” with him, and Rogan revealed that it’s because he says “crazy shit.”
He revealed that it was “very difficult” since the vice president did not follow in Trump’s footsteps.
He added that he had insisted that the interview take place in his studio, but had been flexible about the times, mediaita reported.
“You might look at this and say, ‘Oh, you’re being a diva,'” Rogan said. ‘But she had the opportunity to come here when she was in Texas. I literally gave them an open invitation.
‘I said, “Any time.” I told him, “If you finish at 10 o’clock, we’ll be back here at 10 o’clock.” I tell her, “I’ll do it at nine in the morning, I’ll do it at 10 at night, I’ll do it at midnight if she’s awake, if she wants to drink a Red Bull and King party.” .”.’
He said Harris’ team reached out shortly after he announced Trump’s appearance.
“But it was very difficult to pin it down,” Rogan explained. ‘They wanted to travel. Look, the thing is, you can’t like it: if I go somewhere, there will be other people in the room.
And I’m sure they want to control a lot of things, according to the interview on Fox. People are firing him. That’s a distraction.
‘My whole goal with her and him is just to talk. Just have a conversation like a human being. You discover things about people. At least you have an idea of them.
Elon Musk, who has continually supported Trump throughout the presidential race, joined Rogan for a nearly three-hour interview on Monday.
He explained that he hoped to use the interview as a means to get to know the candidates better.
Elon Musk, who has continually supported Trump throughout the presidential race, joined Rogan for a nearly three-hour interview on Monday.
Musk advocated for voters to turn out to vote for Donald Trump, suggesting that if they didn’t, Republicans might not have another chance to be in power.
He suggested that Kamala Harris’ policies would lead to so many illegal immigrants being allowed to remain in the country and that, given American citizenship, there would always be a bias toward Democrats across the country for decades to come.
‘I think these are the last elections. “If Trump doesn’t win, this will be the last election.”
Rogan seemed stunned by the argument before asking him if it was nothing more than a conspiracy theory, Musk, who has been actively campaigning for Trump in recent weeks, only delved deeper.
‘The more you look at it, the more evident its truth is. “(These illegals) have not only crossed the border on foot, but they have been flown on planes to swing states,” Musk said.
Rogan then officially endorsed Trump for president, saying, “If it wasn’t for him (Musk), we’d be screwed,” Rogan wrote on X just hours before the polls opened.
Kamala Harris’ decision to avoid Joe Rogan’s podcast cost her at least one swing state voter, MSNBC reveals
“He presents what I believe is the most compelling case for Trump you will ever hear, and I agree with him every step of the way.”
‘For the record, yes, that is an endorsement of Trump. Enjoy the podcast.’
It’s a drastic change from the podcaster’s 2020 support for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., a self-proclaimed democratic socialist who helped develop the Green New Deal.
On Election Day, a voter in the crucial swing state of Arizona said Harris’ decision to avoid appearing on Rogan’s show led him to vote for Trump.
The unnamed Arizona State University student told MSNBC’s Gadi Schwartz that the vice president’s refusal to appear on the popular show ended up deciding his vote.
“We’ve actually heard a lot about Rogan’s podcast,” Schwartz said. ‘A while ago we were talking to two guys.
“One of them said he was undecided, when Kamala didn’t go to Joe Rogan’s podcast, that’s what influenced his vote, he ended up voting for Trump.
‘He said he was open to listening to Kamala on the podcast and when she didn’t, it wasn’t necessarily all the problems. He didn’t seem like a real person because he couldn’t speak for a long period of time. ‘
Schwartz said many of the young men he had spoken to had also been put off by Kamala Harris and the Democrats because of “feelings of attacks on male identity.”
