Joe Jonas sells New York City condo for $5.36M amid divorce from Sophie Turner… after offloading their  waterfront Miami mansion and Encino residence

Joe Jonas has officially sold his New York City apartment in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood for $5.36 million amid his ongoing divorce from actress Sophie Turner.

The 34-year-old singer had listed the stunning three-bedroom, 2,907-square-foot estate for just under $6 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

One of the property’s best features is its 1,450-square-foot private terrace and access to the unit through ‘an elevator that opens onto a private foyer.’

According to the store, the identity of the new buyer is unknown.

Jonas and his estranged spouse, 28, first quietly put the New York condo back on the market in July 2020 for $6.5 million, but have relisted it a handful of times over the years with price cuts.

The couple paid $5.6 million for the property back in 2018.

The 2,907-square-foot home boasts impeccable design and privacy, despite being located in a busy New York zip code.

A private foyer leads to a formal entryway, which opens into a 49-foot loft-like living space.

Custom stained white oak floors run through the beautiful room, with custom oak doors and 10-inch baseboards.

The open kitchen is illuminated with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows on each side of the home.

In August 2023, Jonas and Turner sold their stunning Miami waterfront mansion for $15 million after cutting $2 million off the asking price.

Two years prior, they offloaded their former marital home in California’s San Fernando Valley for a whopping $15.2 million.

Jonas and Turner share two daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, almost two.

Back in September 2023, the former Disney star filed for divorce from Turner after four years of marriage.

She has apparently moved on with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson and he is dating model Stormi Bree.

Turner and Pearson were first romantically linked back in October when they were spotted kissing during an outing.

At the time, Jonas slammed his estranged wife for moving on ‘too soon’, but a source exclusively told DailyMail.com that he is now ‘fully supportive’ of her new relationship.

The insider also added that the former couple are now on ‘good terms’ – following their initially bitter breakup and custody battle.

In December, a source close to Turner also exclusively told DailyMail.com that Pearson has helped her ‘heal’ from the ‘hurt’ of her breakup with Jonas.

“Sophie has been hurt by her breakup with Joe and hanging out with Perry has really calmed her down,” the insider said.

‘At first she thought it was going to be nothing more than a fling and she enjoyed it as it took her mind off her struggles with Joe and the divorce.

‘Then she realized she had to stop feeling sorry for herself and embrace the fact that Perry continued to pursue her. Then she began to think more and more about him and enjoyed all the fun he has given her.’

The insider added: ‘Whatever you want to call it, the honeymoon phase or puppy love, it is what it is right now.

‘Being with someone, especially during the holidays, and being happy is the best medicine Sophie can get right now. She finds herself again through Perry, she smiles again.’
