Joe Jonas has filed to dismiss his Miami divorce case with Sophie Turner, with the couple agreeing to settle their divorce privately after mediation.
The singer, 34, recently reached a custody agreement with the actress, 27, over their two daughters and has now filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami.
The court documents show that the former couple has entered into “several agreements” and plans to “pursue an amicable resolution of all issues.” Page six.
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1, with sources close to him claiming Turner was partying too much, leaving him alone to care for their daughters.
Turner fired back, accusing Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.

She cited an international child abduction law as the reason for the children’s presence with her.
The status of Turner’s divorce case in Britain is unknown.
Earlier this week, Joe and Sophie officially spoke out after reaching a temporary custody agreement.
They shared a statement on Tuesday announcing their new arrangement after undergoing mediation last week amid their brutal divorce battle.
DailyMail.com previously obtained court documents showing that the new custody arrangement will allow each parent to spend two weeks at a time with their daughters and allow the girls to travel back and forth between the US and Britain.
“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving homes in both the US and Britain,” Joe and Sophie said in a joint statement.
“We look forward to being great co-parents,” the couple added.
The entertainer’s exes share two daughters, three-year-old Willa and one-year-old Delphine, whose names were not revealed before their split.

The former couple, who said in the documents they had reached an ‘amicable agreement’, will each have two weeks with their daughters until January.
They are also allowed to travel anywhere in the US and Britain, meaning Turner can take the girls to England, which she says will be their “forever home.”
While Jonas takes the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will spend Christmas with them in Britain with her family.
The agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner from October 4 to 7. The child custody decision is expected to pave the way for the couple’s divorce to be finalized.
The court filing from Turner’s attorney Stephen Cullen called the mediation “ongoing and productive” and that the custody division comes “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”
Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to “bring the mercury down,” which he made during a court hearing in New York last week.

The split has led to legal proceedings in Miami, Britain and New York, where the child custody issue is being heard.
The court in New York states that both parties are involved in mediation in Great Britain and the US.
The previous interim consent order required the girls to remain in New York.
In the second preliminary consent order, which both parties sought approval from the judge, both parties agreed that the girls will be with Turner from October 9 to 21.
Turner will be allowed to travel with them ‘temporarily’ to anywhere in the US or Britain, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be ‘handed over’ to Jonas.

The transfer must take place at a time and location convenient for both parties, the filing states.
Jonas will be with the children until November 2, when he or their nanny will take them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, which means the girls will be able to join him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.
During those dates, the group will perform in Austin, Texas, along with Southern California stops in San Diego and Anaheim.
They play in Fresno, California on November 2, which could explain why their nanny could take them back to New York for the transfer.
The document states that Turner will have the children for the next two weeks until November 22, and Jonas will have the children for the next two weeks until December 16 on the same terms.
Turner will spend Christmas with her daughters as she will be with them from December 16 to January 7, after which she will have to take them back to New York.
A trial to resolve the custody issues is scheduled for January 2.
Previous legal documents have detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas allegedly saw Turner insult him on their Ring camera.
Two weeks later, he filed for divorce, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken.”
But Turner responded with the lawsuit in New York.
In the lawsuits, she claimed the couple sold their Miami home in March and bought a $9 million home near Oxford, Britain, which they said would become their “forever home.”
Turner continued in legal filings in Miami, where she included a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller, showing he was excited about the prospect of living there.
