Biden & # 39; s last slip of the tongue came to 1,227 delegates in the state holding the first primary in the democratic presidential nomination process during his speech.
& # 39; We can, and I will not, allow this man to be re-elected President of the United States of America, & # 39; he said.
And he went on to say: "If Donald Hump, Donald Trump is re-elected – Freudian slip – if Donald Trump is re-elected, he will forever and fundamentally change the character of this nation."
The former vice-president did not have a teleprompter but saw him look down on stage during his almost 10 minutes of comments.
Biden, who leads in the primary polls, was one of the 19 presidential candidates who pledged his pitch to the Democratic party during the all-day event in Manchester.
The convention of the state parties starts the fall season in New Hampshire and is a huge political gathering in the state.
It is also a huge fundraising campaign for the party with tickets being sold – many of which are picked up by campaigns to flood the arena with their supporters.
Reportedly, around 9,000 tickets were sold for Saturday's event, and supporters wore t-shirts to show the contender that they were back.
Supporters gathered outside the conference venue to cheer up their respective candidates and sing in the arena.
The speeches of the contenders in 2020 consisted of the kind of political red meat to fuel the crowd.
& # 39; Our president is not yet at this time. We all know that. Where he lacks the moral authority to lead, this president has more in common with George Wallace than George Washington, & Biden said.
The president's name came from all Democrats who are battling for the chance to beat him next year.
& # 39; Defeating Donald Trump is the floor, it's not the ceiling, & # 39; Cory Booker said to the crowd.
& # 39; The answer to Donald Trump does not play his game or does not go on his show, & # 39; Pete Buttigieg told the delegates.
& # 39; It is a focus on improving our daily lives. It ensures that our shared values illuminate the road to our better future. And it insists on doing it together, & he added.
& # 39; If you look at the record number of crises this guy has been facing us – that's the only one he can claim in the US, & # 39; said Kamala Harris.
& # 39; This guy removed us a tweet from the war, & # 39; she added.
Biden then took no questions from reporters and made his second day campaign in New Hampshire, where he did not speak to the reporters who followed his campaign.
He did give interviews to the local New Hampshire news shops and on Wednesday he appeared in the late evening show of Stephen Colbert, where Biden mocked his eyes.

A demonstrator was on Friday at the Biden event in New Castle, N.H.
The host of & # 39; The Late Show & # 39; the former vice-president pressed his mistakes and asked him bluntly & # 39; are you kidding? & # 39;
& # 39; You want to talk about the problems, but many people want to talk about your blunders, & # 39; Colbert said to him. & # 39; You have called yourself a blunder machine. In the past few weeks you have confused New Hampshire for Vermont, Bobby Kennedy and MLK said to have been murdered in the late 1970s, assuring us: & # 39; I'm not going crazy. & # 39 ; Follow-up question: are you going crazy? & # 39;
Biden responded with his own shot.
& # 39; The reason I came to the Jimmy Kimmel show is because I am not, & # 39; he said as the audience roared with laughter.
Biden, 76, and his campaign have made efforts in recent weeks to overcome the story of the former vice-president himself: his tendency to confuse details and misunderstand while talking to voters.
The Washington Post last week offered a detailed report that showed how Biden had many details wrong when he talked about awarding a Navy war hero the Silver Star.
During a campaign in Iowa earlier this month, Biden placed the murders of Martin Luther King Jr. in 1968. and Robert F. Kennedy in the & # 39; 70.
The former vice president also changed the timeline around the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida in February 2018. He said he was in office at the time, but he had already left the White House.
And in the second presidential debate, he told viewers a number, but forgot to tell them that they were supposed to send a text to it.
Some voters have noticed.
Biden confused New Hampshire with the neighboring state of Vermont last month when he campaigned in Keene.
During his event in New Castle, New Hampshire, on Friday, a demonstrator stood in the back with a sign saying: & # 39; Welcome back to Vermont Joe & # 39;
