Hundreds of mothers and grandmothers share their inspiring bikini selfies as part of a new exercise that was started unintentionally by Jennifer Lopez.
Synchronized with the #JLoChallange, Lopez led to the heartwarming hashtag after she posted her own beautiful bathroom selfie on Instagram with the caption ‘Relaxed and charged’ on Sunday.
Lopez, 50, wore a white two-piece bikini and was highly praised for placing the casual selfie of her impressive body as a two-year-old mother who played the Superbowl Halftime Show days ago.
The Instagram post won more than eight million likes and ignited the new movements when fans entered and embraced their own bodies.
