He has been open about his numerous cosmetic procedures over the years.
And Jimmy Carr continued to look a far cry from his former self on Thursday night, as he enjoyed a night out at Chiltern Firehouse in London.
The comedian, 52, looked on cloud nine as he arrived at the celebrity venue, looking noticeably slimmed down in a fitted black three-piece suit and a patterned tie.
Showing off her bright white veneers, she smiled widely and showed off her artfully tousled hair, following her hair transplant in 2022.

The 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown host looked on cloud nine as he arrived at the celebrity hotspot, looking noticeably slimmed down in a fitted black three-piece suit and a patterned tie.
But he ultimately seems to be happy with his appearance and previously revealed that even his plastic surgeon has advised against certain treatments.
In 2021, the star opened up about his ‘mid-life crisis’ and admitted he had been disappointed with his appearance.
Speaking on Gabby Logan’s Midpoint podcast at the time, Jimmy said he decided to make some adjustments to his appearance after feeling disappointed that he doesn’t look as good in real life as he does on TV.
He said: ‘I got my teeth done, that was the first thing I did, they’re more than veneers. They did all the teeth in my head at once.
“I was in the chair for 12 hours the first day, then 12 hours the second, it was like a three-day thing where you have temporary things, it’s pretty packed.
‘I think they gave me Rohypnol intravenously in my vein and you’re like off and they do everything and you’re fine. It’s like a dreamy haze, you’re in a strange space.’
Jimmy has also confessed that he wants to maintain his appearance instead of changing it too much.
He said: “I think the age thing is that people don’t really see what’s there, people are good at recognizing patterns, that’s all they do, teeth and hair.”

Jimmy has confessed to having had a series of ‘tweaks’ including his hair transplant, veneers and Botox (pictured last year).

But he ultimately appears to be happy with his appearance and previously revealed that even his plastic surgeon has advised against certain treatments (pictured in 2022).
“The thing is to maintain, I don’t think there’s anything you can do in terms of plastic surgery or augmentation, that will make you look better, you can just order it to stay the same, that’s what you can expect.”
And the star doesn’t seem to mind talking about his procedures, incorporating them into his stand-up routines and even joked that his use of Botox is helpful as a parent.
He said in 2022: ‘I take a lot of omega-3 fish oils and try to eat well and exercise but, let’s face it, by then I may have forgotten all my wisdom and where I left my keys.’ At least I’ll still look the part.
‘Thanks to the wonders of my plastic surgeon, I hope my son doesn’t realize that I’m older than the other dads.
“He will come and talk to me about his problems because, unlike other dads, I will never seem surprised or surprised, disappointed or sad, mainly because Botox has robbed me of the ability to move my forehead.”
‘Like everyone else, I’m going to die, although in my case, much of me won’t biodegrade. I imagine my teeth will outlive us all.
The star underwent a hair transplant that same year and joked on the podcast that she was considering transplanting pubic hair onto her head for the operation.
He said: ‘The hair thing, I actually looked into it, I came up with Edward Ball at the Maitland Clinic in Portsmouth. I went to all the places on Harley Street.

In 2021, the star opened up about his ‘mid-life crisis’ and admitted that he had been disappointed with his appearance and explained that he had gone under the knife to make his appearance match what he saw in his head (pictured in 2005).

But despite the long list of procedures Jimmy has undergone, there is one operation his surgeon refuses to perform: buccal fat removal (pictured in 2023).
‘You walk in there, the front of the office is spotless and the loveliest guy is selling it, the guy selling it has good hair.
“Then you meet the doctor who’s doing it, a GP somewhere who wants to make a few quid and says, ‘I’ll do it.'” No, you need a plastic surgeon who is qualified to do it. The guy I used is a plastic surgeon and has an aesthetic thing.
‘They get it from the back of the head. You shave your head completely, which I loved; A shaved head looked good on me, which surprised me.’
He added: ‘I’ve had the same hairline since I was 17, I had a big widow’s peak. He looked like a vampire’s accountant. It was right after the lockdown that I did it.”
The television personality said that in addition to these physical changes, she has also been exercising a lot and taking a lot of protein and vitamin pills.
He said: “The cosmetic thing is kind of nonsense, it’s the feeling of better.” And there is the exercise I do and the pills I take; I take a lot of pills as part of a health review.
But despite the long list of procedures the presenter has undergone, there is one operation that his surgeon refuses to perform.
In March last year, the comedy quiz show host revealed that his doctor will not be performing any major treatments.

Jimmy has joked that his love of Botox is actually a blessing as a parent because no matter what his kids tell him, he will never seem surprised (pictured with his wife Karoline in 2020).
He told the Happy Hallow Jeans podcast: “I asked him about buccal fat reduction, one of the One Direction guys did it, I think it’s Liam (Payne).
‘I’m sure you can take a photo, but they remove the fat from there (points to the sides of his mouth) so you go from having, I mean, I’ve always had chubby cheeks.
‘It doesn’t matter how much weight you lose. I could weigh 50kg and still have chubby cheeks. But from here they take out your fat (pointing to his cheeks) so that you look chiseled and model.’
The comedian said his plastic surgeon expressed concern that patients who had undergone the procedure often looked worse in their 50s and advised against it.
But Jimmy seems much happier with his appearance these days, after previously explaining that he had gone under the knife to make his appearance match what he saw in his head.
He said in 2021: “it’s the illusion of being on TV: you see yourself fully made up looking your best and well lit, then you look in the mirror and say, ‘Ugh, that’s disappointing.'”
