Jessica Simpson has officially put her Hidden Hills mansion on the market for $17.9 million just days before announcing her separation from her husband Eric Johnson after 10 years of marriage.
The TV personality, 44, who “has already recorded a heartbreaking album” about the shocking split, put the luxurious abode up for sale on Jan. 11 after being evacuated amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, according to The US Sun
On Monday, Simpson issued a statement to People to reveal that she and Johnson ‘have been living apart going through a painful situation in our marriage.’
The mother of three purchased the residence in 2013 for $11.5 million from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
Jessica previously listed the property for sale in September 2023 for $22 million, but took it off the market last year in August.
The home offers seven bedrooms and a whopping 13 bathrooms, while the grand foyer contains a spiral staircase.

The television personality put the luxurious abode up for sale on January 11 after being evacuated amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, according to The US Sun.
The 13,274-square-foot mansion sits on 2.25 acres of land in the exclusive neighborhood.
There are a number of floor-to-ceiling windows offering natural light to come in, while a spacious kitchen has a breakfast nook and pantry.
The backyard has plenty of green grass and a rectangular-shaped pool that offers views of the surrounding hills.
However, Simpson reduced his original asking price from $22 million to $17.9 million when he relisted the residence this month.
Earlier last week, on January 9, Jessica revealed that she and her family were forced to evacuate the house amid the Los Angeles fires.
The Kenneth fire started in Woodland Hills and also caused the entire Kardashian family to leave their own mansions until evacuation orders were lifted.
At the time, Simpson uploaded a photo to her Instagram Stories to show dark smoke near her backyard.
In text added towards the bottom of the image, the star wrote: “We stayed as long as we could.”

The home itself offers seven bedrooms and a whopping 13 bathrooms, while the grand foyer contains a spiral staircase surrounded by large windows.
Earlier last week, on January 9, Jessica revealed that she and her family were forced to evacuate the house amid the Los Angeles fires.
The singer has often posted photos of her and her family in the spacious home on social media.
During the holiday season, Jessica stopped to take a variety of photos while in the foyer of the abode.
Near the spiral staircase you could see a tall Christmas tree, which was surrounded by wooden floors and large windows.
Other parts of the mansion contain dark wood paneling on the walls that matches the flooring. A living room includes a white fireplace surrounded by ornate lamps.
In addition to putting the mansion back on the market amid her split from Eric Johnson, Simpson also returned to her passion for music to “record a heartbreaking album.”
Jessica and Eric married in 2014 and share three children: Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, five.
He has already recorded the new music in Nashville, Tennessee, where he moved in 2023 to reconnect with his country music ‘roots’.
And the star has plenty of songs on the album that deal with heartbreak, having written them when her marriage to Eric Johnson was falling apart, DailyMail.com has learned.
The singer has often posted photos of her and her family in the spacious home on social media.
“It’s going to be about her broken heart, so yeah, I guess you can call it a revenge album, a heartbreak album,” a source told DailyMail.com after the star announced on Monday that she is living apart from Eric.
“When Jessica writes music, she puts her heart into it and has no filter, it’s very personal.”
The source added: “So the album will really be about the struggles he’s been through at home.” He is super emotional and shares his side of the story. She’s been working on the album for years, there’s a lot in there.’
In addition to working in Nashville, he has been recording at Henson Recording Studios in Los Angeles.
She last posted a photo with Eric on her Instagram page in September 2023, so it seems like the marital conflict is lingering for a while.

The star was last photographed wearing her wedding ring in 2023. Most recently, Simpson was spotted without a wedding ring once again in December, fueling rumors that her decade-long marriage to Johnson was on the rocks.
The couple hasn’t been seen together since Birdie’s kindergarten graduation on June 7, and Jessica’s Instagram has been noticeably free of Eric since their Easter celebration on April 9.
Jessica surprised by not congratulating Eric on his 45th birthday on September 10, further fueling rumors of a marriage breakup.
To add fuel to the fire, the former NFL star has also been spotted without her wedding ring in recent outings.

Jessica fueled the chatter with a cryptic social media post on Nov. 11 last year that appeared to throw shade at someone close to her.

Her quote caught attention as fans tried to guess who made her endure “everything she didn’t deserve.”
Simpson previously explained how the children she shares with husband Eric Johnson inspired her to return to acting.

After spending the summer working on new music in Nashville, Simpson said his kids are “so excited and know that I’m living my dream and that’s what I was born to do.”

In August, Simpson opened up about her sobriety after an online troll told her to stop drinking.
