Jessica Rowe flaunted her very youthful face on Sunday while celebrating her 54th birthday.
The podcaster took to Instagram with a happy makeup-free photo while holding a plate of carrot cake in her hand and donning a pair of sparkly sunglasses.
Looking much younger than her age, there was barely a wrinkle to be seen on her fresh face as she posed in her leopard-print pajamas.
‘Wake up at 54! Oh, I love getting older! Nothing like a little Botox, sugar and lots of laughter and joy to make every year better!’ she wrote in the caption.
Jessica has been very open about her regular use of Botox in recent years, after using the cosmetic injection for almost 20 years to look younger.
She revealed in July 2022 that she has been having the procedure done for years after initially keeping her cosmetic work a secret.
The radio and television host also criticized celebrities for lying to their fans about why they look so young as they grow older.
She said on her podcast Jess Rowe’s Big Talk Show: ‘We need to share these things, because otherwise you start wondering what other people are doing.

‘Now I know that celebrities lie. They don’t drink green juice,” she continued.
“I think, ‘No, stop this nonsense. The only reason your skin looks like this is because poison is getting into your face. ‘Please be honest about this.’
The former Studio 10 presenter admitted she tried to hide her first Botox appointments, which she had two or three times a year, from her husband Peter Overton until she discovered a receipt for the procedure in the mail.
She said she felt “ashamed, embarrassed and vain” about the discovery, which is why she hid it for so long.

Jessica went on to say: ‘(Peter) was initially angry. He said: “Pussycat, what a waste of money. That’s wasted. You don’t need to do it.”
She continued: “At first I felt embarrassed, but then I thought, “No, wait a minute. “I want to do this.”
‘It has made me feel better and I will continue to do so. It’s been 17 years and I feel more like myself.’
Jessica began undergoing the procedure at age 35 after noticing an expression of “shock and horror on my face constantly” after the birth of her two daughters, Allegra, 15, and Giselle, 13.
She said Botox makes her “glow a little brighter” when she’s feeling particularly run down, and insists she doesn’t do it for anyone but herself.
