A January 12, 2010 article about the murder trial of Jessica Davies, in which she was convicted of stabbing Olivier Mugnier to death in his Paris apartment, said that she had joined him in smoking cannabis on the night of murder. In fact, cannabis tests after her arrest came back negative.
