The TV personality, 39, was celebrating a final weekend in the British capital before flying back to her native Brazil.
She made sure all eyes were on her as she flaunted a very busty look in a short black dress with a plunging neckline and semi-sheer detailing in the front.
Jessica recently had her third boob job – the latest from the £1 million she has spent on surgeries.
The dress was adorned with sparkling jewels that shimmered in the light as she walked.

She wore a pair of black heels to add a few inches to her height and opted for a glam look with her makeup, including a bold red lip.
Taking to Instagram before heading out for the evening, Jessica wrote in her stories: ‘This is my last weekend in London and then travel season begins. Next stop is Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Jessica showed off the results of her third boob job on her night out in London after spending £1m on her surgeries.
The TV star – who recently revealed she won £2m from OnlyFans – has a 2220 cc and thinks spending £1m on over 100 runs is worth it as it’s an ‘investment in my happiness’.
She told MailOnline: ‘I love being a woman and I’m proud of it. Growing up, in my mind I had long hair and a voluptuous body shape and today I am the woman of my dreams. And it feels great to be happy with my appearance.
It’s been a long journey to be who I am today. With over 100 operations and over £1m spent, I see this as an investment in my happiness and in my future – at least I will grow old as a happy woman.
And she continued, “I understand that I don’t fit into normal or classic beauty standards and that it was my personal choice, and people should respect it and let it go.” It’s my life and I’m happy to be who I am.

Jessica went on to explain that she doesn’t let cruel trolls and bullies stop her from feeling happy because she’s finally the woman she’s always wanted to be.
She said, “We live in a free society when we are free to be who and how we want to be.”

Sometimes I get funny looks from people, especially from women, and I often get horrible comments from bullies on my Instagram. Females also tend to block and delete afterwards but they keep coming back.

And despite being complacent, Jessica admitted that the only thing missing in her life was a friend to settle down with, something she said she struggled to find.
“I’m still looking for Prince Charming, but that’s a tough question because most men just want fun and nothing serious,” she said.
