Beau Lamarre-Condon, a famous cop turned chaser, took steps to pursue a new career in acting just days before he allegedly murdered his ex-boyfriend, Channel Ten presenter Jesse Baird and his new partner Luke Davies.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Lamarre-Condon, 28, contacted an acquaintance who works in the acting industry two weeks ago to ask for help putting together a personal showreel for him.
Lamarre-Condon told his contact he wanted a demo tape for his acting work, with a secondary Instagram created for his creative activities under the name ‘Beau London’ describing the senior agent as a ‘Sydney-based actor’.
“He asked for a showreel,” a source said.

This headline may also reveal that Lamarre-Condon, who worked as a youth officer, was just a week away from starting training for the Protective Operations Unit.
That unit oversees the security of politicians, diplomats and other public dignitaries and would bring Lamarre-Condon closer to celebrities.
Condon-Lamarre and her acquaintance then traveled to a rural farm in Bungonia, where she used the angle grinder to pry open a padlocked door.
Police allege Lamarre-Condon then disappeared in the HiAce van for half an hour, leaving the acquaintance alone before returning to pick her up.
He then used the new lock to lock the door again.
“I can indicate that at 11pm that night, the accused purchased weights at a department store and is believed to have returned to that rural property during the night and during that night, having also acquired two torches from an acquaintance,” he said. Mr. Hudson. saying.
But Deputy Commissioner Hudson admitted police were still examining the possibility that Lamarre-Condon had returned to the rural property to remove the bodies.
“It appears that the defendant was suspicious of the acquaintance who treated him and her beliefs about what he may have been doing and most likely may have returned to those bodies later that night,” Hudson said.
“In that case, we believe he may have moved them.”
Lamarre-Condon is still allegedly refusing to help police by providing the location of Baird and Davies’ bodies.
It comes as Baird’s Network Ten colleagues began fundraising for donations to charities in his memory.

“We are all heartbroken, but we can’t even imagine the pain his immediate family is enduring.
“They have graciously agreed to allow us to start this fundraiser and will donate the majority of the funds to charities in Jesse’s honor.”
So far, the page has raised almost $14,000 in less than 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Mr Baird’s heartbroken mother Helen paid tribute to her son following his alleged murder by sharing a photo of the two together.
The post has been inundated with messages of condolence from friends and family.

The publication comes a day after Jesse’s cousin Austin shared a touching tribute on Saturday night, the first from the host’s family to do so publicly, along with several photos of the couple together with their loved ones.
Lamarre-Condon is accused of shooting Baird, 26, and Davies, 29, with his police firearm at her ex-boyfriend’s home in Paddington, Sydney’s inner east, sometime between 12 am and 5:30 pm on Monday, February 19.
A desperate search was launched for the missing couple after their bloodied belongings were found dumped in a rubbish bin in Cronulla, in the city’s south, on Wednesday.
Police will allege Lamarre-Condon rented a van from a business in Mascot at 9.30pm that night to dispose of the bodies, which have not yet been found.
His registered firearm was allegedly returned to a suburban police station sometime Tuesday, before he took sick leave from work.
He then allegedly drove the van to a property on Thursday night before returning to Sydney the next morning and dumping the vehicle on a suburban street in Gray’s Point.
He has been photographed alongside high-profile Hollywood stars, including Miley Cyrus.

Lamarre-Condon then handed himself in to Bondi Police Station before being charged with two counts of murder.
On Monday, police divers will search a series of dams on private property in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales amid continuing efforts to locate the bodies of Baird and Davies.
Daily Mail Australia understands detectives established the crime scene on Hazelton Road in Bungonia after receiving a tip that Lamarre-Condon was seen in the area in the days following the alleged murders.
Officers will also search neighboring bushland in the hope of finding evidence.
Lamarre-Condon did not apply for bail at a court hearing on Friday and his next appearance at Sydney’s Downing Center Local Court on April 23.
