Jersey Shore’s Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola and fiancé Christian Biscardi stop following each other on Instagram as they delete old images… after postponing their wedding last year
It seems that this couple has entered a rough patch.
Jersey Shore TV series Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and her fiancé Christan Biscardi stopped following each other on Instagram this week and also deleted old photos of them together.
This comes after the couple – who have been together since 2017 – postponed their wedding in September 2020, which they believe was due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Before that, they were supposed to get married in April 2020, but the date has been moved to September.
Biscardi, 31, and Giancola announced their engagement in March 2019.
From 2009 to 2012, she had a romance with her Jersey Shore colleague Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. Their highs and lows were shared on their MTV show. Ronnie switched to Jen Harley (from 2017 to 2018) and started seeing Saffire Matos in 2020.

Giancola, 34, has largely stepped out of the limelight since appearing on the controversial Jersey Shore.
The couple got engaged in March 2019 and announced the news on Instagram on their respective accounts.
On March 5 last year, Christian posted a photo of him on one knee in front of his beloved bride-to-be, captioning the romantic image: ‘I’m beyond excited to marry my best friend! On to the future Mr. & Mrs. Biscardi’.
Sammi posted in kind, writing next to the same image: ‘Yesterday was the best day of my life! I can marry my other half, best friend and soul mate. ❤️ Looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you @_biscardi’.

Sammi’s former costars congratulated her, and the foremost among the benefactors was ex-boyfriend Ronnie, who has admitted he hasn’t been over her since their on-again, off-again relationship finally ended.
Last June, Magro told Entertainment Tonight, “You know, God bless her, and I’m glad she found happiness. I’m glad we all found happiness, you know? We’re very lucky.’
Ronnie and Sammi, who met when they joined the cast of Jersey Shore in 2009, made for some of the most tumultuous and dramatic episodes of the series running through 2012.

Like their relationship itself, their breakup was rather messy, and was a big part of why Giancola refused to be part of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation reboot (she did, however, appear in 2017’s Reunion Road Trip: Return to the Jersey Shore).
After he gave up on Sammi, who is now a jewelry and accessories designer, Ronnie had a daughter with now ex Jen Harley – with whom he has also had a more than tumultuous relationship.
And while Giancola is visibly staying away from most of her Jersey Shore colleagues, some of her former beach house mates are hoping for an invite to her now-rescheduled wedding — namely, Paul ‘DJ Pauly D’ Delvecchio and Vinny Guadagnino.
“I don’t think she sent those invites out yet. We’ll see,” Guadagnino told Us last year, adding that he hopes to be featured in “life events and stuff” of his former roommates.
