The reality star was arrested on Sunday, June 2 at 11 pm following a visit from the Freehold Township Police Department, DailyMail.com reported after attending a virtual court hearing held on Tuesday, July 23.

She was charged with “simple assault, criminal mischief, obstruction of the administration of law and resisting arrest,” a county clerk said during the virtual hearing.

The complaint also alleges that the reality star pushed the officers’ arms away and refused to follow their commands after being taken into custody.

The victim’s name has been redacted from the complaint, but she is said to have suffered a “bodily injury” allegedly sustained by Pivarnick “by hitting him with his hands/fists causing scratches, redness, and complaints of pain to the victim’s hands.”

That alleged injury was the basis for Pivarnick’s simple assault charge, and she was also charged with criminal mischief after police claimed she hit the victim’s “vehicle with her hands causing less than $500 in damage.”

The victim reportedly gave officers a statement about the alleged attack on her vehicle and presented them with a video of that incident, according to the outlet.

Pivarnick was never taken to jail and was instead released after a citation and fine.

He began dating Tortorella in 2022 after they connected on social media. The couple got engaged in 2023.

Tortorella’s attorney, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, also told the publication that nothing has changed regarding the couple’s marital status, as they are still engaged.
